1. After the NTR storyline train event, the conversation with the accountant doesn't allow the story to progress.
2. Added a "Test Branch" button at the start to skip to the branch where you decide whether to save the doctor.

1. NTR 노선 전철 이벤트 이후 회계사와 대화 후 스토리가 진행되지 않는 문제.
2. 시작 부분에 '테스트 분기' 버튼 추가, 박사를 구할지 여부를 결정하는 분기로 바로 이동 가능.
