I'm not sure how permanent the arrangements will be yet. Let me know in the comments who else you'd like to see added. Next up is another chapter of Sticky Situations. I'm probably two chapters away from finishing that story up.

So in my opinion, the big winner of this round is Satan, who has acquired a very, Very large number of damned souls locked out of reach in the veil, as well as seeing many others moved on their way, if only to learn about existence as a Lost Soul. After that is Harry who is a much better position moving forward and Heather who has her brother able to help her with limited normal restrictions and has _not_ lost her godfather. Voldemort is in dead last place given how many of his people are not there to follow his orders going forward. (Ever again in many cases.) I regret Belatrix' death since I believe legitimate redemption is possible (See my comments about Snape in the previous chapter) but I also believe it requires a lot of effort by anyone sincerely seeking it. She, sadly, liked who she'd become. A pity. I look forward to Dumbledore's forthcoming conversation with Harry. It may well be extremely enlightening for all involved.
