NEW VIDEO: The Ideology Of The Marvel Cinematic Universe
🕑 Added 2019-07-26 12:11:55 +0000 UTCWhat is the Marvel Cinematic Universe trying to... say? Today Jack Saint will try, and likely fail, to answer that question - exploring the ideologies of Tony Stark, Steve Rogers, Thanos and more!
Here you go, folks - I'm officially finished talking about Marvel movies forever. Thank you all for putting up with me as I get way too invested in billionaire superheroes and their weird authoritarian leanings. This one is an early release for patrons, the actual premiere isn't for a few hours so maybe wait until then to start sharing this around. And huge apologies to Callan Stein who came in just a liiiittle too late in the editing process for me to be able to read their name out in the credits - rest assured, you'll get your mention next time!
I'm feeling a lot better about my work as of now so expect a couple new videos in the next few weeks, probably covering Chernobyl and the demonization of single mothers in media (uh, probably not both as one video, that'd be weird).
Hope you all have a great weekend, thank you all so much again for your support, and stay safe!
