Patreon Sales Tax Update
🕑 Added 2020-06-19 09:55:22 +0000 UTCHi friends, I want to give you an update on sales tax just in case you haven't heard about it yet.
Starting from July 1st, the Patreon platform will be required to start charging sales tax on some pledges - the exact % will depend on your location / benefit, but don't worry: the actual difference will be very small. From the Patreon FAQ:
- If you’re in a location where sales tax will be required, you should expect to receive an email from Patreon with more information about this very soon.
- If you have questions, you should be able to find answers here. If you still have questions, the best place to get an answer is from Patreon’s customer support team, here.
As always, thanks for your support~💜
