Final leveling and maybe a longer vore-sequence at the end is in this thing's future. For now I sleep.
It's a semi-sequel to Marzipan's Birthday Surprise from last year around this same time, but you don't need to listen to that one to get into this one, just know 'Reality bender visits someone on their birthday for the second time'.
