Tariffs are a tax and can eat into the margins of smaller companies who may not have the fat to absorb any sudden changes to their bottom lines.
$IWM also dropped down to $171 at the 0.5 Fib on the 7th of April and has bounced back up to the resistance line this week and has so far met resistance.
I think as long as the tariff war continues, $IWM could be spending some more time back on the green line at $162.

IWM has been BEATEN down for quite some time now. the saying, they'll crash stocks to save treasuries to save small businesses ala IWM. IWM will RUN once this market finds its floor and likely out gain SPY. Thoughts here Cap regarding a LT projected between IWM and say SPY?
