skincare product: COSRX The Vitamin C 23 Serum!!!!!!!!!!!! love the consistency and i think its REALLY helped my scarring
body care: I THINK I FOUND MY SIGNATURE SCENT: Devotion by Dolce & Gabbana. i have sampled over like.. 20 perfumes by now but this was the first one i sampled and bought on a whim to begin my perfume journey and somehow, this is still the one i like the most haha i just think its crazy that the first one i picked is my fav
makeup product: 3CE NEW TAKE FACE BLUSHER #YOUTH PINK - bought this awhile ago but brought it back into rotation and been LOVING it. perfect cool tone pink and is so pigmented
snack: Legendary Foods Frosted Cinnamon Protein Pastry LMMFAAOOO im just a gym girlie now and need my protein. i unfortunately love these. it does contain dairy but FUCK IT YOLO

march thoughts:
march 1st marked my first day of going to the gym and i have been consistently going!!! yall
i feel like ive finally made it LOL like i just knew that going to the gym and thinking about my health regularly was something that ive always wanted but it was just a matter of when i was going to make the decision and make it happen.
i think i just spent the last few years really focused on my mental health and now i was ready to take the leap into my physical health. i dont know how to word this super well but basically, i was putting my physical health on the back burner and i knew i'd come back to revisit once i was ready. but i wouldnt have been able to view 'pre-workout-grind jodi' with compassion and empathy if i started that workout grind then like it would've been a toxic grind i think. DOES THAT MAKE SENSE? like my mindset currently is that 1. im going to be a skinny bitch w fat ass but also 2. i am going to approach this new health era with a dynamic mindset and truly make this a part of my foundation like this is going to be me for the rest of my life
if i were to have started this before i was truly mentally and physically ready, i fear i woulda cut corners, resurfaced old and bad relationships with food, and focused too much on the outer aesthetics rather than focus on the literal health benefits. but dont get me wrong yall imma get a fat ass and toned af arms. im just also going to make sure to build my core strength and get my cardio in so i can move well when im 80 LOL
overall i'm just so fking grateful that my community has been so supportive like idk where this fear comes from within me but im always scared of starting something new / changing routine / not streaming as much. bc ive never genuinely locked TF in like this with working out, im just TIRED haha like the first two weeks were ROUGH I AINT GONNA LIE i was a zombie walking around just waiting for 9pm so i could sleep lololol but now im slowly but surely inching towards full energy. im just always humbled whenever i express something on stream like "im tired and i must get off, but this is my 1%, thank you for hanging out even tho its only my 1%" and i'm met with "that's ok, i enjoyed my time, get some rest" etc π₯Ή
basically there is just not a day that goes by where i'm not incredibly grateful to have such an empathetic community AND I KNOW WHAT YOURE THINKING JODI U SAY THIS EVERY TIME BUT I MEAN IT LIKE YOU DONT GET IT I MMEAAAAANNNN IT LIKE THE FEELING IS SO ABUNDANT THAT I FEEL LIKE I PERSONALLY DONT SAY IT ENOUGH . a n y ways!!!!
i've also been exploring vlogging little snippets of my daily life and plan to edit that all together and see how we all feel about that kinda content :'D also, you can expect some BTS footage to be coming soon (my editors are currently working on it, ty editors)

I totally relate to the mental health thing before physical stuff, Ive been trying to lose some weight for ages and tried sport, calorie counting, just not eating and and and but i never was able to really do it and just destroyed myself over it but recently ive started counting again and have been doing so for 70days! (With some ups and downs) but focusing on doing it in a healthy way, without me going back to binge and emotional eating! So cheers to us and everyone else here! π«Άπ»βοΈ
