In order to unlock the new threesome scenes you'll need all the trophies unlocked. If you're impatient there is a small button at the top left in the train selection screen. Click it 5 times to open up the cheat menu.
The scenes are available on the second and third trains, ie. the student and the officer.
On the students train you simply need to get busted to have the female officer arrive and join in.
On the officers train the business women will arrive within the first few turns as long as you haven't gone too far with the officer(eg. stripped naked, engaging in sex or using lewd powers etc.)
The multi girl scenes are still a work in progress so there may be some bugs. Please let me know if you have any issues.
This also added some cream-pie and facial shots, as well as a few UI tweaks and fixes.
You may get errors running old save files. You should get the option to ignore the error, which should fix it.
Thanks for support everyone. I'll be working on adding more to the threesome scenes and base scenes and also some general improvements for the next update.

She comes near the beginning. If the arousal and alert are still low. All you need do is wait a few turns she should show by turn 65.
