The Queen of Implants Part 1

“Mom, I’m going to become a plastic surgeon,” as those words left Akane Nagatsuka’s mouth she could see the look of shock come across her mother’s face on the other side of the table. It wasn’t all that surprising. Akane and her mother had never had the best relationship while Akane was growing up.
The two of them were polar opposites. Akane was very straight-laced growing up. She tried to distance herself from the way her mother presented herself. Akane’s mother Hibiki was an escort and adult film star. She had Akane at a young age and took to that life to provide for Akane. Not that Akane ever saw it when she was young.
Akane bore a great deal of contempt for her mother and her lifestyle choices. Once it was found out that Akane’s mother was an adult film star she received no shortage of bullying. Akane had to transfer to multiple schools throughout her life simply because one way or another someone would find out about her mother and word would get out.
Akane hated having people over for this reason as a kid and teen. Her mother had very much embraced the plastic fantastic lifestyle of the adult star industry. Akane knew she wanted to become a doctor, a good doctor, no, the best doctor. She bled and sweated schoolwork. She aced her MCAT faster than most.
As she got into her doctoral studies another big thing happened in Akane’s life. She fell in love. Adam was her sun and moon. She thought the world of him. They spent all their time together. He was the only person that could pull Akane away from her studies. He made her laugh, he cooked for her all the time. He was a wonderful boyfriend.
One day he suggested he would like to meet Akane’s mother. She had been dreading this moment. She never did say much about her mother outside of the fact that they had a very strenuous relationship. Even though she said she thought it was a bad idea he insisted. Akane couldn’t say no to Adam.
So Akane set up a dinner date. After that everything changed between her and Adam. She didn’t realize it right away, but Adam became more and more distant to her. He was less interested in sex; he would spend a lot of time on the computer. One time he accidentally left the computer open while he went out with some buddies. Akane knew she shouldn’t have snooped, but she couldn’t help it. She had to know what was going on with Adam.
Adam left his porn searches open. What Akane saw made her heart sink. It was videos of her mother, though not just her mother. For her first residency, she was going to shadow a plastic surgeon. It was here that Akane met her mentor and soon-to-be good friend Dr. Samantha Martingale. Samantha called Akane out on her contempt for plastic surgery almost on day one. She said she knew many of the medical fields felt cosmetic surgery was the Bollywood of the medical community. After giving Akane a stern lecture and forcing her to eat some humble pie Akane came to realize there might be more to this cosmetic surgery thing.
The passing months opened Akane’s eyes watching many unsatisfied or depressed or angry people walk into Dr. Martingale’s office only to walk out days, or weeks or even months later with happy expressions on their faces made Akane realize that plastic surgery wasn’t just there to give adult film stars’ giant boobs.
It was there to give women back their confidence, to boost the esteem of men who felt unattractive, to help a person transform into the person they saw on the inside. To bring the beauty they always knew they had to the surface. If that took the form of a nose job, or liposuction, or lip fillings, or even a boob job. It didn’t matter, what was important, it made the people who got these procedures happy.
With Akane’s contempt for plastic surgery a thing of the past, she started to revisit her life through a different set of eyes. It was only now that she came to realize it was the same thing for her mother. Akane remembered flashes of her mother when she was still very young. Hibiki looked nothing like she did now. She was a skinny stick of a woman, more memories came back of her mother and father fighting and arguing.
Akane remembered the depression her mother went through when her father left. She recalled her mother talking to her as a child, telling her that she was doing this for Akane. Akane remembered how happy her mother looked as she looked at her reflection in the mirror after getting her first boob and nose job. “Wow, Mommy you’re so pretty!” Akane had to pause at that memory. That was right Akane had thought her mother was pretty at first, didn’t she?
Akane remembered she had been infatuated with her mother after she had her first surgeries. She thought her mother was the most beautiful person she had ever seen. She followed her mother all over the house just in awe of her. She told her mother she planned to be just like her when she grew up. She loved how womanly her mother looked with her accentuated curves. She thought all women should look like that. Once upon a time she had loved how her mother looked.
Then the years of ridicule at school began. Akane realized this was when she started to hate her mother for getting those implants. To take on the job of being an adult film star. She had let the taunting of others change her point of view. This time though Akane pushed the bitter feelings aside and she realized that she had only been remembering the bad times. When Akane had said she wanted to be a doctor it was shortly after that moment that Hibiki came home with new enhancements.
Embarrassment flooded her cheeks when she remembered the moment her mother gave her cheque meant to cover her tuition costs. Even then Akane was ungrateful to her mother, only showing Hibiki disdain. She could see the hurt in her mother's eyes. The memory was a painful one for her now. She remembered feeling ashamed that her mother was in the crowd during her graduation. Looking back though, she could now see the pride and joy in her mother's eyes.
It dawned on Akane that the reason her mother kept getting bigger and bigger was to support her. At least part of it anyway. No doubt her mother enjoyed her ample assets as well. Still looking at those memories in a new light made Akane realize she had been a terrible daughter. It was then she decided she was going to be a cosmetic surgeon. That wasn’t the only decision she made though. Akane decided she was going to show her mother that she accepted Hibiki’s life choices in a big way.
After consulting with her now best friend and mentor Samantha, Akane went under the knife as well. She got breast implants she went from her perky C-cups to plump round H-cups. Nothing compared to her mother, but still enough that it was obvious they were fake. Akane honestly would have gone bigger but her doctor advised taking it slow at first. Of course, Samantha was also the first person to take Akane’s new puppies for a spin as well.
One night after giving Akane a clean bill of health, everything had healed properly. The two of them went out for drinks to celebrate. Akane loved the attention her new girls gave her. She figured this must have been how her mother felt as well. Though as she danced like no one was watching Akane couldn’t help, but notice that a specific someone hadn’t taken her eyes off Akane the whole night.

Dr. Armstrong’s clinic was not only located in the same town Akane's mother lived in. Akane learned that Dr. Armstrong had been the surgeon to do all of the work on Akane’s mother.
Dr. Armstrong had lots of stories to tell Akane about not only her mother but many of the other adult film stars he worked on over the years. Akane quickly found herself enamored with the idea of helping women achieve their goal of getting the biggest chest possible. For many of them, it was not only the ultimate statement of femininity, it was a point of pride.
Then came the day Akane had to help Dr. Armstrong with his biggest implant procedure to date. Between the two of them, the surgery went off without any issues. However, as Akane looked down at the woman sleeping in her hospital bed sporting such massive fake blimps for tits. She knew this was what she was meant to do on this planet. Her calling was helping women grow their breasts to the biggest they could possibly get. This was her passion.
It wasn’t long after doing that surgery that Akane decided she needed to do something she had been putting off since coming to work at Dr. Armstrong’s clinic. She called her mother, told her she was back in town and wanted to meet up for lunch. The sound of joy in her mother’s voice made tears form in Akane’s eyes. Her mother was just so happy she had called for a change.
Two days later the two of them met up for lunch. Hibiki was taken aback when she saw her daughter sporting large implants like herself. Akane took a seat and motioned for her mother to do the same. Now was the time to make things right, or at least start to, Akane thought to herself. “These aren’t the only surprises I have for you today Mom,” Akane said, jutting her back out to emphasize her breasts.
“Mom, I’m going to become a plastic surgeon,” Akane smiled at her mother's shocked expression “I know that’s got to be a big surprise...give our history,” Akane said looking down ashamed. “But I’ve had my eyes opened over the past few years, I know now that cosmetic surgery is a wonderful thing, and I know how much you sacrificed so I could get here,” Akane reached out, taking her mother's hand.
“I’m so sorry for how I was growing up, I promise I’ll make it up to you,” Akane said looking at her mother. A determined expression came across Akane’s face “So that’s why I’m not going to just become a plastic surgeon, I’m going to become the world's best plastic surgeon!” As Akane said this, pride beamed from her mother. This was the right choice. Akane knew it was.
