You have to train an A.I. to do it, it will be a long and tedious training and maybe at the end it will want to do its own webcomic, but at least you tried to make your work easier - oh wait... that was the wrong Guide i have read....

Backgrounds! Light effects are easy in Photoshop (if you know what you are doing), but backgrounds? Nothing's going to add all those details for me haha
