Its always practice what a bad concept :-P - Joke aside, i am not really talented drawing something, i tried it many times, but the results always looked - lets say - like an animal tripped over a can of paint :-D

Again, i would kill to draw like this - But hey wouldnt it be boring if everything would be perfekt :-D - Joke aside in my opinion it looks great, the only thing i think looks a little bit off is the hat. But the details like her bracelets, the flower and yes even the way you did the pattern on her shirt look great - love the small detail with your logo on the cup :-)
