Kim

Every song had a country and jazzy feel to it. Love Sabrina so much!

Lindsay

Not the millennial stank face on Bonnie during Bed Chem, lol. We just can't help it, can we, when the song is too superior!

keira888mag

YES i fully agree

Seth H

I think another thing you can do with Debut that would be iconic would be Taylor's contributions to the current music landscape. And with Sabrina in this discussion, I think Debut is a great place to start. I mean, Sabrina's career in a lot of ways started because she covered Picture to Burn and that helped disney discover her, which leads to where we are now. We saw a similar thing with Sabrina and Christina on her Debut 25th anniversary, Sabrina was a natural fit because Christina was one of her influences and because Sabrina was born the same day Genie in a Bottle was released. I see a similar energy here and I think it could be something cool

Emma Cooley

A looooong time ago like pre eras tour when Sabrina and Taylor first started to be friends/photographed together (+ then she was made an eras opener) I wondered if she would be ever featured on a re-recording, and my initial thought was she would make the most sense on rep, but after short and sweet came out + all these country twangy acoustic moments on top of it + then the recent Dolly feature I’ve been really hyper-fixating on the idea that Sabrina could be featured on Debut (even if it’s just backing vocals or something similar to Maren Morris on You All Over Me). Obviously I (and I would think most people) would prefer someone historically country/directly relevant to Debut era Taylor like Shania, Tim McGraw, Kenny Chesney, etc. but I just think having Sabrina vocals in the mix would be soooo concerning

liliengruen

Guys please please please react to Tates new Album. It might be a Branch out from your normal preferences but I Think it would definitly be worth it!!

Bea 🩵

I think Bonnie needs to listen to Ice Matcha Latte by Shirin David 😂😭 it was a number 1 hit last summer in Germany so maybe mieke can give you some insights to that song 😅

Meghan Carty

Lol I’ll try to take your word for it! I just wish the best matcha experience for everyone 🙏

Chats & Reacts

Sooooo funny omg

Chats & Reacts

HAHAHA I swear it’s GREEN!!!!

Takara

I’m screaming at you struggling with the genz heart bc as a millennial I relate so hard 🤣

Takara

It’s a slide guitar!!!! That’s a general category of instrument but they’re v popular in country music

Marcelo Gouveia

Guys, you NEED to listen to Lady Gaga's new album. There's a song that's 100% Taylor coded

DemiMarie🤍🖤

Love that her piano player Haeun is also her pianist on Tour 💙

DemiMarie🤍🖤

Great way to start out a work day with a new Chats & Reacts video 👏🏻🫶🏻

Hayley 🫶🏻✨

Her voice is from another time 🥰

Meghan Carty

Bonny, as a matcha connoisseur, it's causing me physical pain to see the color of the matcha you've been drinking in the last couple videos. Matcha powder should be bright, rich green, and just slightly mellowed by the milk if you use it in a latte. Ippoddo is my favorite brand. That's that me matcha deserves to be better <3

Mayra Casal-York

Brit award performance was a need to watch

Seth H

I absolutely loved this reaction, you killed it! And this makes me excited for next week because i know you two are going to absolutely love her tour and it's going to be so much fun to watch. The point you bring up about her acting is really interesting because she's said in interviews that she thinks her acting ability makes her music better and especially in please please please where she's begging this guy to not embarrass her and has to get into that character. The connection from please/slim pickins I think is definitely there. Sabrina and Jack and Amy Allen made Please, Slim Pickins, and half of Lie to Girls in the same day and I like to think of Please as the child of Slim Pickins and Lie to Girls. In Please, she's aware that this guy maybe isn't right for her but there's not much out there anyway, so she's just begging him to not embarrass her. At least nor in front of her where she can't lie to herself about this guy. And I think thats a perfect mix of the sentiments in Slim Pickins and Lie to Girls

Seth H

If they did the opening night, it was, I hope they did what you said. I'm assuming they recorded this last week cause it started again on Monday and the wifi was so bad in the arena in Dublin that the beginning of each song cut out and the last half just didn't have anyone streaming. They would've missed basically everything that fans love about the tour

Dominic Cuomo

Or as Sabrina said when she posted about this “it’s a normal desk for me” 😂😂🤣🤣

Rachel B

The instrument y’all asked about is apparently a pedal steel guitar which according to google is in the guitar family with the Hawaiian/lap slide guitar.

Alyssa L

I think watching the recordings of the North American leg would be better for you guys tbh to like get the og experience

Kristin Ranae

Sabrina was perfect! The band was perfect! ❤️

Mequet

I think Sabrina’s outfit looking a little like a nightie situation adds to the “Hopelessly Devoted” vibes since Sandy is in a nightie when she sings that!

Natalie

I need a so close to what reaction!

Haley de Jourdan

I never realized the double meaning of Mountain Dew 🤯 I always just thought it was another beverage to fit the theme of the song lol. I’m fully mindblown now

imogen

“Ah☺️ the vio-lines🥰❤️” IM DYING

Abbi Clark

Wow I think I would love her to do a country album

Maggie Grainger

Ahhh congratulations! I also got tickets for the same show yesterday!!!! So excited!!!!

Megan Zegveldt

Desperate for a reaction to the Brits!!! Her performance was deeply offensive. 😏❤️

Marissa

This really shows how GOOD these songs are. Love this and your reaction 🫶🏼

Anna.98

You guys should watch her Brits performance as well

virginia

Btw for the sns tour you can maybe react to the turn bottle/surprise songs and juno positions edits from the first North American leg as well they are fuuuun

virginia

omggg sns tour reaction as well？loooooove 🩵🤍

Razan

could you guys react to harry styles on tiny desk?

Ryan Yates

I always love when artists share little nuggets of information about how and why they made a song, but I love it just as much when Bonny and Emily do the same!

Laila Duffy

FYI Sabrina is in the summer season!!!

Emily Warfield

Are you guys roomies again? Loved this reaction!

Bianka Ozsvath

we won't be offended at all if you miss the next (as many as needed) videos! Alfred seems to be awful! are you girls ok? and Ari chicken? hope you're sheltered and safe! if you're stuck together however, film a lot ahahahaha xxxxxxx loveeeee you

Josie Bicknelle

there are plenty of good recordings of the short and sweet tour on YouTube you may want to watch instead? Just in case it’s a really shitty live stream which I imagine it will be

Monika Blažová

Yes, but than you kept saying how cute those shorts are, so i thought you came to conclucion they are shorts 🤣 btw hi from Slovakia,im so happy you replied ❤️ it made my day, love you guys ❤️

Chats & Reacts

I would loveee to twin with you but this dress is years old from “Rowie the label” 💙💙

Chats & Reacts

I thought I said at the beginning they are either shorts or stockings no? 😂

Eirini

Not the shorts 😂😂 I’m halfway through and I can’t wait for the realisation that they are actually stockings lol Edit: okay nvm that might have been even funnier hahah love you girlies

Monika Blažová

they are not shorts, but tights, i was waiting whole video if you'll notice 🤣🤣

Alessa Hampel

I was so excited for a second when you said you want to react to opening night of the European leg, but then I remembered how AWFUL the signal was at the reception and therefore the streams 😭 Either way I can't wait to see your reaction to the tour!!

Emelie

I love that she did slim pickings after please please please as a tiny nod to Barry maybe? Like he wasn’t it even though I begged him it really is slim pickings out there

Rebecca

Bonny and Emily have good Bed Chem 😂

Anna Miotello

I chuckled out loud at vio-lines hahahahahaha As a non native English speaker sometimes my mouth produces weird sounds and pronunciations of English words too lol

Tess7

The guy sitting is playing a steel guitar- used a LOT in country, western or bluegrass music. This is why you feel a country vibe 🤠

Kayla Knutson

I sleep the exact same way as Emily - never moving, could slip in and out of a made bed without disturbing it in the slightest. 😂 Love that for you, Em!

Sierra Sather

hadn’t watched this it is soooo good omfg hands down one of the best tiny desks i’ve ever seen. the arrangements were offensive her vocals?????? oh my godddd

sharon teles

speaking of drums i hope taylor one day gets curious about learning a song on the drums to perform acoustically, even if its years from now i hope it happens

MarkH

So glad you reacted to this! The guy sitting down (the 3 foot 8 guy) is playing a steel guitar. which is used frequently on Debut, most noticeably in Invisible, in that crazy sound that comes in after the few bars of guitars at the beginning. That is why this is giving you Debut vibes; steel guitars are really only used in country music among pop genres, and I'm not sure even Jack Antonoff or Aaron Dessner can play one, even though they can play everything. It is a specialized skill.

Juliana Martinez

that’s so cool! but missed by ONE DAY 😭😭

libby

PLEASE REACT TO “Kansas Anymore” by ROLE MODEL!!! you guys will DIE ITS SO GOOD

Rachel

Oh speaking of Emily’s look alike… I watched a show with Australian actress Bella Heathcote and thought she looked a lot like Emily! Both beautiful ladies!!

Lauren Matthews

The start chit chat about names just being sounds 😅 feels like witnessing my daily existential crisis haha thanks girlies I feel seen

Gabrielle Lyons

I'm Gen Z. I'm 18, and the Gen Z heart confuses me. Like whyyyy? 🫶🏽 just makes sense.

hannah

Bonny please tell us your outfit details! You look suuuuuuper cute and I need to twin with you!!!

Kayla

Love this video! Love the two of you! 💕

Rachael P

I've been to tiny desk!! You just show up! You can tour NPR's studio in Washington DC. And if your tour aligns with the recording you can just hang out. My work went on a tour there one day...the day BEFORE taylor's....

Léa 🦋

OMG i'm sooo excited to see you guys's reaction to her tour !! I went in Montreal last october and it was an incredible night 🤩🥰 loved everything about it

Keri 🫶🏻

the start of this video 😂😂 the silliest chickens

kienan

Love you besties! Hope everything has been going well! 🩵 thanks for all the fun vids lately!!!

michelle

This performance was indeed superior!! If her tour goes to Australia, the chickens NEED to be going 🤩💖

Talia Adams

uh oh, hearing they reacted to the first night of tour back last night but streams were really bad. Hoping it all went well!

Sarah

I love the editing choice of y’all being in little bubbles on the screen. Makes me smile each time

j🪩

ive been waiting for this one!!!! she’s so spectacular literally takes my breath away every time. thank u for the reaction girlies 🩵🩵

Kim

Dublin night 2 has a better Juno position than night 1. The tour is sooooo good. She also gave them a non sense outro!

Rose Peterson

Please react to Sabrina’s Brit Award performance. I need positive girly hype reaction and not just frightful men on the internet

Dswiftie

I can't believe you guys got to meet her.

Katie LaFave

PLEASE DO TAYLOR'S SOMETIME SOON!!!!

al

the live stream from sabrina’s show was absolutely terrible last night, so good luck if that’s what you’re reacting to🤞

Hayden Brice

Sabrina is absolutely a summer. I'm a spring and I could not get away with the cool tones she looks great in. The pale blues, the cool blondes - I'd look so washed out!! She knows she's a summer and it shows

Kat

“The vio-lines!” made me giggle

Amanda Christon

I’ve been wanting to watch this, I love when I get a 2 for 1 with a reaction 💕

Ali

GIIIRRRLLLSSS we need outfit details I’m loving the looks

sarah🩵

love yall!

Chats & Reacts

omg we just watched it!! Video will be up next week :)

Chats & Reacts

It was glorious

Chats & Reacts

hahahahah

Jason

Stoppp I'm WAY TOO HIGH for this talk about names! 😅🤣😂

Shay

You guys spoil us 😭

Enzo Reis

This version of Taste it's very country/rock and I can see it Fleetwood Mac singing it. I would love an full album of Sabrina with this vibe.

Ang ⋆｡°✩

the short n sweet tour is sooo good you'll love it. the whole story and theming of it is awesome. i was comparing it to the guts tour (in an innocent way!) and I cried more at the guts tour but short n sweet had suchhh a good THEME and STORY it was awesome
