True monster form (fear): Queen of Monsters — a gigantic monstrous creature with many tentacles that destroys and envelops everything, filling all space and turning everyone into monsters.
Personality:
Mask (what the world sees): Controlling, manipulative, authoritative, dominating, keeps people at a distance, calm, polite.
True nature (what she hides): Anxiety, perfectionism, distrust, high empathy, distorted care.
Backstory:
Rona grew up in a strict family where discipline and strength were encouraged. From childhood, she was taught to control herself, manage situations, and suppress any weakness — because one day, all management would fall into her hands. At that time, Rona didn’t understand why it was necessary and simply fulfilled her duty. But everything changed after her parents’ death and the moment when she herself almost died.
In that terrifying hour, she finally realized: control is not just a responsibility, but the only way to survive. By subjugating monsters and taking control into her own hands, Rona vowed that no one and nothing would ever slip out of control again.
Relationship with Samantha:
For Rona, Samantha is a source of strength; for Samantha, Rona is brain and guidance. Rona is often irritated by Samantha’s childishness and impulsiveness — in such moments, she uses her tentacles to gently restrain her movements: not causing pain, but limiting her freedom, giving Samantha a chance to cool down and regain control. Despite these flaws, Rona shows care in her own specific, controlling way~ Deep down, she fears losing Samantha the same way she once lost her parents — so she keeps her close, but never too close, in order to maintain control.
Relationship with Lukas:
Lukas is Rona’s right hand — an older, level-headed financial director. Despite the radical changes in the company and the replacement of many employees with monsters, he remains by her side. While Rona maintains emotional distance, she sees in Lukas a reliable ally who supports her control and shares the burden of responsibility. Even so, Rona never lets her guard down and watches his actions closely.

Yeah, she’s not a bad person actually but it depends on your point of view😳 She behaves outside classical morality. Her control comes from good intentions to protect humanity so that there is no suffering, but still everyone suffers because fear is at the core

I love this so much. The duality of what she appears to be on the outside vs. what she's actually struggling with internally would be fascinating to experience in a story.
