Darina and Martzel (last ref for this batch!)
🕑 Added 2024-03-02 20:58:24 +0000 UTC1 - I decided to add a couple more characters that I need, this time quite unfriendly! Darina has already appeared in a couple of artworks before, and initially her name was Duska.
2) I've added them to the lineup and, following your advice, increased the height of the shortest characters (I also updated in the previous post but adding it here tooo for your convenience). I think, considering that the characters have more or less human and not entirely cartoonish anatomy, then indeed, playing too much with the height difference feels strange!
3) And yes, from time to time I am asked if I associate myself with my characters -Kordi or anyone else. In general, I have indeed endowed several characters with my traits, but different characters embody different characteristics and states of me. For example, Vera was originally created to depict my romantic and friendly experiences, to express love for nature, and I would say she is the closest one to me. Kordi was created for erotic ideas and embodied some of my oddity. Selena was created to describe my dark, negative, irrational, and even destructive emotions. If Vera reflects the internal order, then Selena reflects chaos. However, considering that I invent stories, lore or just sketch out ideas that interest me, characters change to fit these ideas. Therefore, for fun sketches "from life", I created another mascot - the goat Marya :) In general, almost all characters sometimes adopt some of my quirks! I also often use my frineds as inspiration for my characters.

Tomorrow I'll post voting for March content (I came up with a slightly new format) and I'll finally carefully read and reply the messages.! Also planning to finish the feb comic archive - but, perhaps, the translator will give me the text only on Monday because of the weekend... Sorry if the comic will be a little late again!

I wonder because your girls are superb and very different, the depth of their personalities deepens an already well-established universe, and pushes the imagination a little further ;)

it's great, what richness with all these characters, all different in appearance and morphology with their stories. the size of the pretty fennec is less strange like that. If Alisa and Vera know each other, and Katrina-Kordi and Valentina know each other, can you imagine that these two groups (or other groups that have nothing in common) have ever interacted with other of your characters? for example, one of your students interacts with one of the girls working in the restaurant or already in the workforce. I know this will perhaps never be put on paper but just to imagine that they will cross paths at some point with the reactions specific to each of their characters.

Ok, I think you just put up a ref of my new favourite of yours. Im totally in love with Darinas design, the grey colour palette is so nice, and that rose marking or tatto on the thigh is just perfect. I think I missed the arts she was already in

Interesting thing with Martzel. Most info we got about him was from that one old comic. There he is more like that problematic guy and he really doesn't care about school. But now he is described as excellent student. That changes things a little. I believe that if the person is smart they can cause way more damge. So his bullying would be also more about the psychical impact, more than just beating someone. Also if he's that "good student" others probably won't suspect him from bullying someone. It's good facade and cover. Surely it will be interesting to see more of him in future

Marzel is a real piece of work. I wouldn't mind seeing someone give him one. Within inches of his life and such. I just really hate him XD

It's so cool seeing the full lineup! It certainly makes me feel better about having so many characters too, hopefully whom I'll get around to putting on paper one day. I do the same thing too, at least with my first few characters, where I split my personality among them. I didn't want to create *me*, per se, so instead, I not only created characters with only parts of my personality traits, but also cast a little projection of what I would like to be. This keeps them still close and relatable while also giving them their own unique personality in contrast to my own. The one unique thing I feel I do that I have never seen anyone else do, is I give my characters mental disorders. It makes them feel more real, and again, relatable to me.
