She groaned, stomping her foot in indignation. Was this some kind of joke?! She shook her head, feeling sick to her stomach... And that was before she looked over at chat, her embarrassment almost making her forget that she was streaming.
"No, I'm not going to tell you what it is!" she snapped at them, watching that question quickly taking up the entire screen, over and over. She couldn't blame them, really, she supposed... After that reaction, how could they not be curious? They probably assumed it was an act, but Tracey was definitely not that good of an actress.
"Hold on," she told them, holding a finger up to the camera as she pulled out her phone, scrolling back through the folder of sponsorship e-mails she'd gotten. "Here we go..."
She tapped on it, then opened up the contract she'd signed. She recalled now how long it had been, how much her eyes had glazed over as she attempted to be dutiful and read through it all, the way she'd been taught to do. She'd given up not even halfway through; did it actually matter? she'd asked herself. Another streamer had vouched for the company, and with the amount of money they were paying her to play their game, she'd be willing to do just about anything.
Or so she'd thought, until she'd gotten the box. They'd told her she had to unbox it on stream, not to peek at it beforehand. She had to admit, the temptation had been there, and she didn't think it would really make a difference, but for the money she was making, the least she could do was follow the rules. That, and she was afraid the company would have a representative watch the stream, and they might be able to tell she cheated.
Unfortunately, the legalese still flew far above her head, and trying to decipher it on camera wasn't entertaining in the slightest, she knew. The one part she did understand, however, and saw right away, was what she was afraid of... If she didn't do what they wanted, she'd have to return the payment they'd already sent, and she spent that almost immediately. And, doing a quick search within the PDF to confirm that it the terms did, indeed, cover the outfit, she saw that it did, including the one piece of it that scared her the most.
"Oh, my God," she groaned, glancing down at the box, seeing the dreaded word highlighted on her phone screen, buried there towards the end of the contract, and the matching object waiting inside. "This is so ridiculous..."
But there it was, in both places, mocking her. She didn't have a choice... She had to put it on. "Hold on, guys," she sighed, putting up the 'Be Right Back' screen for her stream to stop showing her camera. She could see the chat in an uproar, seemingly sensing that she wasn't going to be showing them what was in the box... And then she remembered that the unboxing itself was a part of the contract.
She rolled her eyes, gritted her teeth, and turned the camera back on. "All right," she said resignedly. "Here we go." She began to pull everything out of the box, as quickly as she could, not dwelling on any of it. "I think this is some weird fetish thing," she narrated. "I have to wear this while I play the game, though, so..." She left the worst object for last, skin crawling as she picked it up, flashed it to the camera right before going back to her 'Be Right Back' screen and reluctantly looking at the outfit strewn out on her sofa, waiting for her.
"I look so stupid," she lamented," forgetting her microphone was on for a moment as she stared down at herself, at the pink and baby blue onesie with a bunny head emblem on the front and the words 'Game Over' emblazoned over it, the pacifier clipped to the front of it, the fuzzy striped knee socks, and, most mortifying of all, the thick, crinkly diaper peeking out from the legholes of the onesie, bulging outwards, leaving no doubt of what she had on.
"Don't you dare take screenshots of this," she warned her chat as she turned her camera back on, quickly sitting down to try to hide the bulk of the diaper a bit more. "I'm wearing this to play the game, and then it's coming right off! Wait..." She frowned, realizing she should have gotten the game booted up first, had it ready to go... But how could she do that? "Where's the game?"
She ignored the chat oohing and awwing over how cute she was, grabbing her phone again in confusion. "There's... not a game?" Was that right? How could she have missed that before? "I can play whatever I want, I just have to win... Okay... Okay, we can do that!"
She made the mistake of looking at chat again. "No, I'm not using the pacifier!" she squeaked... Could she actually say no to that, though? Or was that how she was meant to 'wear' it? "Fine," she huffed, picking it up from where it was bobbing at the end of its leash, slipping it into her mouth and grabbing her controller. "One round, and this is done."
It should have been a snap... She didn't leave it to chance, playing against bots instead of actual people, setting the AI as low as it could go so she could wipe them out in no time... To her surprise, however, the opposite happened, and, before she knew it, she was staring at a 'You Lose' screen.
"No, that's not fair!" she shook her head. "I-I must have set the AI wrong... Hold on, best two out of three!"
"No, sweetie." Tracey jumped, turning her head in shock to see her mother standing in the doorway, arms folded. "I said you could have one quick game, and then you need a diaper change and a nap, and you've had your game."
"M-Mom?!" Tracey squirmed, tugging at the onesie. "Wh-What are you..?!" Her mother lived three states away! How could she be here?! Her cheeks turned an even brighter red as she processed what the woman had said, in front of her stream. "I-I don't need a...!" she insisted, only to gasp, head spinning as she noticed the warm, squishy pile on mush in the seat of her diaper. "I-I didn't...!" she squealed, heart pounding as her mother approached, fresh diaper and changing pad in hand, ready to change her right on stream, right in front of her audience.
"You didn't, huh?" her mother chuckled, waving a hand in front of her nose. "Well, it smells pretty bad in here for you not doing anything, sweetie. Honestly... These video games are making it far too difficult for you to pay attention to your potty training. I think your onesie is right, Tracey... I think the game is over for you until you can prove you're ready for big girl panties."
"No!" Tracey wailed. "Mommy, I hafta win, or...!" But her mother was already turning off her console and spreading the changing pad out on the floor, cementing Tracey's loss, both of the game and her adulthood, as the girl burst into frustrated tears.

"Wait, this isn't it, is it?" Alex blushed. "This is a prank, isn't it?"
Nobody confessed, of course... Not that she would have believed them if they had. At this point in her career, a view was a view, but she couldn't wait until she'd developed more of an audience, when she could afford to ban the people who came in clearly only because they were fans of her girlfriend and wanted to harass her for riding on her coattails. Some even tried to claim that they weren't really in love, that Alex was leading her on because of her fame.
They refused to listen to her when she pointed out that she could have joined her girlfriend's channel, rather than starting her own, if that was her goal, or when she said she was proving that she could do it on her own, pay her half of the bills, not that her girlfriend had any trouble covering them herself. "You just want to have a following of your own for when you break up with her," they'd say. She hated to admit it, but they were pretty astute... Or she wasn't as good at hiding her motives as she'd hoped.
"You know what?" she shrugged. "I don't care. If you're that thirsty to see me naked, I guess I can do that." Not to mention that the sponsorship money had already cleared, had been more than she'd made on her own the past three months combined. So, if it was a prank, it was an expensive one... And one that the colleague that had recommended it to her had to have been in on, which seemed unlikely. Unless her e-mail had been hacked, maybe.
She did feel silly, taping herself into a diaper, and nothing more, but she wasn't about to give them the satisfaction of reacting the way they obviously wanted her to. If she moved the camera to behind herself, her long hair would help maintain her modesty, and she'd still be fulfilling her part of the contract.
She had to change seats, the back of her usual gamer chair too high to let anyone see that she was, indeed, going along with the bit, wearing only the diaper. She perched on an ottoman, legs beneath her, and the crinkly diaper, adjusting her hair so that it spread out just right before turning her camera back on.
"Sorry if you got your hopes up," she giggled, giving her bottom a wiggle. "This is what you paid for, though, and it's what you're getting. Hope you enjoy it!"
She felt so proud of herself, she didn't care when she lost; it was pretty inevitable, really. She didn't normally play games that she could win or lose within a single stream, so she'd had to play one of her girlfriend's, one she had only watched her play before. "Well, whatever," she said. "You win some, you lose some!"
"And what do you think you're doing?"
Alex was glad her face was turned away from the camera so her audience wouldn't see her blush. She'd thought her girlfriend was busy streaming herself, that she wouldn't be coming out of her office for another hour or two. Every time she popped up on Alex's stream, people said she had her show up on purpose to get more viewers... Which did happen, generally, though she tried to limit how often it happened to make it less obvious, and hse'd been on the week before. It wasn't quite as embarrassing as her seeing Alex this way, but it was close.
"Oh, it's some prank fake sponsorship thing," she told her. "I think I did what they wanted now, so..."
"No," she cut Alex off. "What do you think you're doing on the furniture, young lady? You know better!"
Alex couldn't help turning towards her in confusion. "Huh? Wh-What do you..?"
"And why are you playing my games?" she sighed. "I told you that you could play if you finished working, but I looked in the kitchen, and it's still a mess!"
"So?" Alex rolled her eyes. "Clean it up yourself! I'm not your maid!"
Alex's blood ran cold as she heard her girlfriend's response. "Yes, you are," she said sternly. "That is what I pay you for, isn't it?"
"N-No, it isn't!" Alex shook her head, hopping up off of the ottoman, blushing as she saw the delayed image of herself on stream, of her bare chest before she covered it with her hands, praying nobody reported it and got her channel taken down. "She's joking!"
"You're lucky I took pity on you," her girlfriend lectured. "I could have hired a cleaning girl who doesn't have to wear diapers, and who didn't act like an immature little brat, but I wanted to be nice. Now, would you at least put a shirt on and go clean the kitchen?"
Alex said no, of course... And wound up over her girlfriend's lap for a long spanking before being sent off to do what her girlfriend seemed convinced was her real job, confused, and more than a little soggy.

"Okay, this is kinda cute," Seraphina said, sliding the shirt out of the box. "I'd totally wear this!" It was, in fact, almost exactly what she was already wearing, a black, lacy crop top, though it was a bit shorter than her current one. "I think they're fans!"
It seemed like it, anyway. She was surprised by that, considering she'd gone to them, asking for a sponsorship, instead of the other way around. It certainly appeared that they'd at least given her archive a cursory glance, however, especially when she took out the next item, the black thigh high socks. "All right," she smiled. "I'm into this, too! You know, I was worried about whatever weird cosplay they wanted me to do for this sponsorship, but so far..."
She could tell that was about to change as soon as her fingers closed around the next item, even before she was able to tell what it was. It simply felt wrong, not like any item of clothing she'd ever worn. She almost didn't want to take it out, to look at it - or, at least, she wished she'd given it a look first, rather than pulling everything out blindly so she could be as surprised by it as her viewers.
"Oh." She didn't know what else to say when she saw it. What other words were there for what was clearly a diaper, pink and white, covered in cartoon animals, one of the most babyish things she could imagine that still, somehow, appeared big enough to fit her. "I-It... matches my hair? Maybe this is someone's way of telling me I shouldn't dye it all purple after all." She held it up, blushing as she smelled a scent of baby powder coming off of it, seeing that she was wrong anyway, that the diaper's pink was a lighter, more pastel pink, rather than the shockingly bright shade she'd chosen for her hair.
"M-Maybe they aren't fans after all," she mused, almost more to herself than her audience. It was hard to imagine anything that fit her aesthetic less, that seemed more out of place with her black choker, her nose ring, even the rest of the outfit they'd sent. Were they trying to humiliate her?!
"Well, there's probably something to go over it," she reasoned, hiding it under the shirt and the socks, standing up to peer into the box, done with the game. The only other thing inside, though, was a pink pacifier. She wanted to end the stream right then and there, but she knew she couldn't, that she'd be breaking her contract if she didn't put all this on, no matter how dumb she looked, how much the chat was, rightfully, going to mock her.
"That doesn't count," she insisted when she almost immediately lost at her favorite game. "You all got into my head, making fun of me! I-I can do better than that!" She didn't, however, the next round going every bit as badly. "Stop it!" she whined. "Stop laughing at me! They're just clothes!"
Just clothes that made her look like a stupid baby, trying her hardest to appear like a tough big girl. She whimpered, wiggling her bottom, the crinkling of the diaper only making her more upset, so engrossed that she didn't notice her gamer chair melting into the floor, turning into an oversized stuffed unicorn beneath her padded bottom, or the rest of her room's decor changing into a nursery all around her.
"Guys, stop being mean!" she huffed at them. "I hafta win, or I can't take off this diaper!"
But it didn't seem to matter what she did; if anything, she was getting worse at the game. "This is rigged!" she yelled. "I know all the secrets in this level, an' I can beat it with my eyes closed!"
"Is somebody throwing a tantrum in here?" Seraphina shrank back as her bedroom door opened, her boyfriend stepping into view.
"N-No, Daddy," she sniffled, furrowing her brow, confused why she'd called him that, certain she'd meant to say his name.
"I think you are," he shook his head. "If you can't play nicely, you have to turn the game off, sweetie."
"But I can beat it, Daddy!" she protested, bouncing in place in frustration.
"I bet I know what will help," he winked at her, picking her up, putting her back down straddling her unicorn. "Why don't you show all your friends how you play with your unicorn instead? That always calms you down, Sarah."
"Wh-What?!" Seraphina's cheeks turned bright red, both at the use of her real name, something she never did on-stream, and the implication... Even though, she had to admit despite herself as she wiggled there, over the unicorn, it did feel really, really good. "Daddy, I'm Seraphina! I-I don't...!"
"Of course," he chuckled. "Seraphina." She should have been comforted by the sound of her screenname, how much cooler it sounded than her own, but the way he said it made it seem more like something a little kid came up with while playing make-believe. "Well, Seraphina, you can either play with your unicorn and have one more try at your game, or you can go sit in the corner until you're done being grumpy. Which will it be?"
"Daddy!" she pouted, bouncing some more, which only made the inevitable decision, humiliating as it was, for her to hump the unicorn in her pink diaper more appealing. It would be so embarrassing to choose, but if she did it, surely Daddy was right, and she'd be clear-headed enough to win the game!
"All right," he shrugged, switching off her game before her indignant eyes, plucking her off of her unicorn. "Corner time it is!"

"Oh, my God," Caitlyn gasped, struggling to catch her breath, head spinning. "I-I can't..."
"You'd better, young lady," the strange woman who had appeared in her room told her, arms crossed. "You know the rules!"
Did she? She thought she had when she'd signed the contract, when she'd taken the sponsorship. She wasn't sure what this place was, who they were, how they'd found her tiny channel. She'd almost signed it without reading it, but she'd forced herself to calm down, to take some time to go over it and make sure it wasn't a scam.
And then, she'd been even more eager to agree to it. A part of her was worried that, somehow, the mysterious company had hacked into her computer, found her search history, and that was why they wanted her to agree to wear a diaper on stream... But did that really matter? She'd wanted to do that anyway, been too afraid; this just gave her an excuse, a scapegoat if her viewers thought it was weird. "It wasn't my choice," she could tell them. "It's what the sponsors wanted!"
She'd been a bit disappointed when she got the box and opened it on stream. The diaper was there, yes, just as fluffy and crinkly as she could have dreamed, even if it was plain, somewhat boring, white, yet the outfit was more mature than she'd expected - a strange statement for a schoolgirl uniform, unless, of course, you were hoping, instead, to get something more suited for a toddler. Still, it was quite the thrill to diaper herself, dress up like a schoolgirl, and step in front of her camera for the whole world to see.
"I guess it's time to play," she giggled.
She was supposed to win, but she didn't even try. Why should she bother? If she did, she'd have to take the outfit, and the diaper, off, or else admit to her audience that she liked it, and she wasn't ready to do that.
"Oopsie," she shrugged. "Guess I'll have to try again!"
"Oh, will you now?"
That was the first time she'd seen the woman, tall, stern-looking, quite obviously a teacher, even though Caitlyn had no idea who she was. And Caitlyn, in her current outfit, was clearly a student... A naughty one, at that, judging by the woman's expression.
"I think you know video games are off limits here, young lady," the woman told her. "You are in a lot of trouble!"
"I-I am?" Caitlyn asked dreamily. She should be concerned about this stranger in her house, she knew, but she couldn't help herself... This was like a dream come true. "A-Are you going to punish me, ma'am?"
"I bet you'd like that, wouldn't you, Caitlyn?" the woman sniffed. "You're not fooling anybody... The whole school knows the truth about you. They know you misbehave on purpose so that we'll punish you. You've already been put back into diapers, haven't you?"
Caitlyn's face was practically glowing as her hands moved to her skirt, tugging it down. "M-Maybe..." She was glad she was sitting when the woman yanked the skirt out of her hands easily, proving how much stronger she was, exposing her diaper.
"What a filthy girl," the woman shook her head. "You know what, young lady? If you like your diapers so much, and you like games so much, I think I have the perfect combination for you..." She stepped over to Caitlyn's dresser, began to rummage through it before Caitlyn could protest, quickly finding Caitlyn's vibrator.
And that was how Caitlyn found herself like this, on her bed, over top of a pillow, arms and legs tied together to keep her there, and to keep her vibrator pressed to her diaper. "Two more minutes," the woman smirked. "You can make it two more minutes, can't you?"
Caitlyn struggled to catch her breath. "I-I don't..." she gasped, toes curling in pleasure. "I-I don't know..."
"You'd better," the woman repeated. "Or I'm going to make sure you stay in diapers for as long as you're enrolled in this school, young lady... And given your grades lately, I have a feeling that will be a very long time. You're going to be banned from every bathroom, unless under strict supervision while you brush your teeth, or take a shower. You are going to be doing everything in your diapers from now on, like the naughty little baby you are!"
Caitlyn moaned in pleasure as she lost the game, to nobody's surprise. It was barely even a shock when the woman led her out of her bedroom by the ear and she realized she was no longer in her apartment, but some kind of boarding school, being dragged to the nurse's office for a fresh diaper and a new uniform, this one with an even shorter skirt to show off her padding... Which, she was delighted to see, was trimmed in pink, printed with unicorns and princesses, so incredibly babyish and girly...
"I hope you're happy," the woman told her as she took her back to her room. "You earned this, young lady."
Caitlyn very much was... So much so, in fact, that she couldn't help herself. She shouldn't do it, she knew, should at least warn them... But it wouldn't have been the same if she did, and she wanted to see what kind of a show they put on as she sneakily watched their streams on her phone, knowing she'd get in trouble if she got caught, and almost excited to see how else they would discipline her.
"Hey, Seraphina," she grinned, glad the other streamer couldn't see her face. "I just wanted to give you the head's up on this new sponsor... They pay super well, and they told me they're always looking for new partners. Sure... I'd love to send you a link. Feel free to share it around, too. I think this is going to be super popular...."
