Derrick's Awakening - Chapter 19
🕑 Added 2023-07-10 12:00:03 +0000 UTCDerrick wriggled his bottom, his breathing quickening as the seat of his diaper continued to expand, to swell outwards against the shortalls surrounding it. He didn't even think to try to stop it for the first moment or two, long after he'd have had any real hope of managing it, if he'd ever actually had any. Considering how long it had taken for him to figure out what was going on, how messy his diaper had gotten already by then, he suspected he'd never had a prayer.
"It's all right," Nanny encouraged him, giving his hand a squeeze, then letting go to stroke his hair as he squatted, red-faced, in front of her. "Let it all out, Derrick. You'll feel so much better..."
It was what Naomi and Oliver would want him to do, too. He knew, if they were here - if they weren't just cartoon characters, obviously - they'd be there, gathered around, watching, telling him, "Push!", probably thrilled that he was joining them at last.
Doing it here, now, like this... It was embarrassing, absolutely. He'd never dreamed his first time would be so public, even if there was nobody around right now. He was outside, somewhere that people could walk up at any moment, see him... Potentially recognize him... But that only made it feel more infantile, which was quite a feat, given that he felt more like a baby than he thought was possible, maybe more than he had when he was an actual baby.
"N-Nanny..." he sniffed up at her, nursing his paci, making sure that she wasn't mad at him, despite how much it seemed she'd wanted him to do it.
"It's all right," she repeated, rubbing his back. "This is what kids do, isn't it? Nanny has plenty of diapers to change you into. Don't worry... Just fill your little Pampers for me, Derrick."
He blushed, nodded determinedly. It was a humiliating, utterly babyish task to be assigned, but it was one he knew he could excel at, that he wanted to, to show he could be a good boy for Nanny. He closed his eyes, though by now, pretending he was in the bathroom would do him no good, not with so much mush already spread throughout his padding.
Instead, he imagined himself back at Nanny's house, alone, taking a brief break from playing with his toys. Once he was done with this inconvenience, he could go back to them... Or maybe Nanny would notice and change him. It wasn't up to him, was it? She'd do it when she saw, when she decided he was ready, and not a moment before, and that was perfectly fine with him. He didn't need, or want, to be in charge of anything... Nanny was a grown-up; she was so much better at that, at everything, than him...
Everything other than this. "Wow," she cooed, giving the back of his diaper a gentle pat, getting a blush from him as he felt a slight squelch at the touch. "Such a big mess for such a big boy, huh?"
He nodded, smiling bashfully as, finally, his tummy began to feel as empty as his Pampers felt full. "A-All done, Nanny," he announced, standing back up, although, somehow, his legs didn't feel quite as long anymore.
"Good boy," Nanny praised him. "But... Are you sure? Sometimes it's better to wait a few minutes to be certain, instead of running the risk of having a second stinky diaper so soon after the first."
Derrick frowned, squirmed, mess shifting a bit - that was all, really, it could do, cradled as snugly as it was within his diaper and shortalls - as he moved. "I-I think so?" he answered, more uncertainly than he would have expected only a few moments earlier, before Nanny had said that.
"You think so," she parroted back to him. "But you don't know?"
He shook his head, the mass in his pants, the way she looked down at him, seeming so very tall in comparison to him, making him feel like he didn't know anything, not really. He was just a silly little boy, not big enough to use the potty for anything... Definitely not big enough for school, or anything like that, so how could he possibly know more than Nanny, even when the subject was himself?
"Then I think we'd better hold off on changing you for a while," she declared.
"Okay, Nanny," he agreed. As much as the thought of toddling around in a dirty diaper was embarrassing, he was grateful, he had to admit. It was his first time, after all, his first experience with this... He didn't want it to end so soon, though he'd never have had the guts to confess that to Nanny himself, to tell her that he wanted to stay in his messy pants longer when he didn't necessarily have to.
She beamed proudly at him. "Such a sweet boy," she cooed. "Not fussing at all... Somebody's really earning a treat when we get back home!"
He smiled happily, even if, honestly, this was more of a treat for him than whatever else she could give him. He'd been so curious about this for so long, so scared to actually try it, and now he had, was getting a chance to truly experience it, had somebody to clean him up afterwards - the part that had seemed the most intimidating when he was on his own - then tape him into a fresh diaper, where he so clearly belonged.
"So," she said, taking his hand again, "do you want to go down the slide now?"
The slide... He'd almost forgotten about it, in all the excitement over his accident, as wild as that seemed now, as he peered up, saw the metal monstrosity towering over him. A part of him had thought she'd drop the subject after seeing him poop his Pampers, that she'd decide that rendered him too little, too immature, for it; apparently not.
He stared up at it, at the ladder, stretching upwards into the sky... And then down at the metal extending outwards, at the bumps in the middle of it. He was still a bit spooked at the thought of it, yes, but he did wonder what those would feel like, his full diaper sliding over them... It might be too much to start with, however.
"C-Can we do that later?" he asked, leaving it vague as to whether that later would occur before or after his change.
She nodded. "Of course, sweetie. What do you want to do instead?"
"Umm..." He glanced around the playground, though as soon as he saw it again, he knew what he ought to do, where he belonged. "Can I play in the sandbox?"
She didn't have to say anything, just smiled, led him over, even helped him over the lip at the edge of the box, depositing him inside. "Sorry," she told him. "I didn't bring a bucket or shovel with me. I do have some in the trunk, if you really want them..."
He shook his head, not wanting her to leave him alone, or to have to go all the way back. Maybe another time, he thought, shocked that he was considering a next time, that this was something that could happen more than once, and at how thrilling that prospect was. He knelt down, running his hands through the sand, blushing as the cloth of the shortalls tightened slightly at the pose, pulling his diaper a bit more snugly to his bottom, squishing the mess somewhat.
"It feels nice, doesn't it?" she inquired. Derrick agreed silently, sucking on his paci, not knowing if she meant the sand running between his fingers, or the load in his pants. It didn't matter, really... The answer was the same for both.
He did that for a little while, trying to decide if that was good enough, if that was all he wanted to do. Nanny would bring him back, surely, so he could take it slow, do more the next time... He was waiting for her to pull him out, to declare it was time for a change, not quite certain if that was what he was hoping for or not.
It had been, probably, not that long, even if it felt that way to him in the moment, but he made his choice, not wanting to miss out, to have to wait. He let his legs give out, plopping him down in the sand, flat on his swollen diaper, the mush instantly oozing further throughout his diaper in response. It was a surprise to discover, continually, that there were things that could make him feel even smaller, more infantile, than he already did... This definitely did the trick, in a way that he doubted could be topped. Then again, he'd been wrong every other time he'd assumed that...
"Such a cute little boy," Nanny chuckled, as if she could read his mind, or, perhaps, his expression of stunned delight.
He wiggled his bottom, giggling to himself. He was, wasn't he? And, even if that was the case, he knew that it was time. "Okay, Nanny," he told her. "I wanna ride the big slide."
