Damn, I have been working on the NPC System, so you can replace all in-game NPCs (name and model). Let me check was going on with the standing poses during dialogs.

Yes all available sex scenes appear to be bugged :( Some interactions, such as Barb and Tonya, only let you introduce yourself over and over, and there's no way to advance to either asking about a gift or doing a sex scene.

The splash screen is a whole vibe!
During sex scenes often the woman keeps standing and the animations of both characters don’t match. I think that is a bug.
