I think this is the culprit: https://developer.oculus.com/documentation/unreal/audio-ovrlipsync-unreal/ I did some tests last yeart with that lipsync plugin.

Dunno if you're aware, but the compile you've been doing includes the VR files. Not complaining at all!!! keep it up!. I'll tweak to make it work with an Oc2 and SteamVR
