Hello In Bollywood, Music is part of movies these are not separate music videos or albums these are songs in a movie. Unlike Hollywood or any other movie industry Bollywood have 3-6 approx songs in each movie.So actors you see are movie actors thus they are lip syncing as it is a movie storyline going on as Usually songs are part of the storyline. Yes,There are people who can sing and act and dance like any other industry though as this music video is a part of a movie thus in movies actors would naturally act and dance only. To listen to any singer specifically you can find many live singing videos also on YouTube by simply searching their names. Yup someone told me that it was all Shreya...^^ But I do not understand why they would do that. I am pretty darn sure that there are people who can sing and dance as well as act. Just like in Musicals. And people watching for these actors seem counter productive too. Hmmm interesting.

I'm not an Indian, but I do know that actors and actresses only lip-sync in their movie songs. So the female voice in this entire song could be Shreya's. Also the popularity of Indian movie songs may at lease 50% depend (if not more) on the actors and actresses who are in the video..not because of the singer :'D
