Marvel: King of the Swarm Chapter 22: Body Swap
🕑 Added 2025-06-05 14:57:25 +0000 UTCThe moment Gwen collapsed to the floor unconscious, Genesis sagged nearly falling to one knee, 'That was too close, I almost didn't have enough Bioenergy to cement the bond. I underestimated how strong her resistance would be...it seems that using my powers on anyone with superhuman capabilities comes at an exuberant cost.'
Standing up after a second Genesis looked down at Gwen's unconscious form with her new gold and white suit, one that would greatly enhance and augment her abilities thanks to the symbiote bonded with her DNA.
It had been a risky gamble, but Genesis knew that if he attacked Gwen outright or had been overly domineering and hostile, her resistance to his power would have been that much higher. Which would have left no other option rather than forcefully acquiring her DNA. Such a crude method would have no doubt led to a fight where Genesis would be forced to kill or at the very least imprison the web-slinging vigilante.
Actions that would firmly cement Genesis as a villain in Gwen's mind. But having taken the other option his gamble had paid off, 'With the symbiote she should have no problem wiping out most of Fisk's operations and any other crime lords that raise their heads.'
"You called for me, my King?" Gideon announced as he entered the chamber having been summoned through the weak telepathic link between Genesis and all of his followers, not enough for true communication but faint emotions and vague summons were manageable.
"Yes, see this one out of my kingdom, she is not ready to accept my light," Genesis commanded and Gideon didn't hesitate bending down to pick up Gwen and sling her over his shoulder, "Also the man and his wife that you healed, have decided to to accept your light."
Genesis turned around walking back towards his alcove, I'm afraid that my energy has been significantly depleted, I need time to recover my strength."
A look of concern flashed across Gideon's face, before being replaced with one of absolute dedication, "I understand, I will ensure that no one disturbs your rest."
"Leave me now Gideon," Genesis instructed as he was lifted into the alcove and sat down his weariness evident, "I entrust you to see that my kingdom is still standing when I emerge from my seclusion."
Gideon quickly nodded as a fire ignited in his eyes before he turned around and left the chamber which sealed up behind him leaving Genesis isolated.
Leaning against the wall of his alcove Genesis pulled back his hood as a thin tendril of purple creep emerged from the golden wall and embedded itself into the base of Genesis' skull.
After a second a golden light crept down the tendril of creep literally draining away Genesis' consciousness as his body slumped into the alcove.
---
Several miles away connected by a nearly microscopic network of creep tendrils, Harry lurched awake as his consciousness transferred over from Genesis, his second body. Using a combination of his powers and organ replication technology, mostly to save bioenergy, Harry created a second body that he could transfer his consciousness between if there was a physical connection between the two.
Sitting up as the tendril detached from the base of his skull, Harry rolled his neck as feeling slowly returned to his body, 'Hopefully, this will be a smoother process with a proper hive mind.'
Next to him, the sheets shifted as Betty woke up, lifting her head to stare at him expectantly, "Oh you're back again, finally done with your little cult?"
"I've only been splitting my attention between two bodies for the past week, and somehow you've already developed an attitude problem," Harry muttered as Betty grinned and dragged herself closer to him letting the sheet spill away and reveal her sinful body, "Then maybe you should remind me of it."
Watching her approach Harry said nothing as Betty reached out running a hand down his stomach before disappearing under the sheets. A broad grin crossed Betty's lips as her hand failed to close around her favorite thing in the world.
But before she could do anything more, a throng of symbiote tendrils emerged from Harry's back swarming over Betty, grabbing her arms and pulling them away before pinning her against the bed.
"If I reprimand you now like you want me to, I'm only rewarding bad behavior," Harry replied sagely as he stood up, "And that's not a punishment."
Betty fought against the restraints even though she knew they wouldn't budge, "So what you're just gonna keep me high and dry? It's only a matter of time before you force your cock down my throat."
Not rising to her taunting Harry stood up leaving Betty tied up on the bed, "You're right I can't nor do I want to control my urges...but who says that I need you to get rid of them for me?"
For the first time, Betty's confidence faltered as her smile slipped away, "What are you talking about?"
"I think you should invite your friends out to the mall with us, it would be fun," Harry suggested with a smile that suggested exactly what he thought of as fun.
"You think I'm gonna help you sleep with my friends?" Betty asked with a scoff, but deep down Harry could see the glint of excitement in her eyes, "Why would I ever do that?"
"Because until I do, I won't lay a finger on you," Harry threatened, as his eyes roamed hungrily over Betty's bound and naked form, making her body shiver as mind-numbing pleasure always followed.
"Or I could not help you and wait until you break yourself," Betty reputed only for a sadistic smile to spread across Harry's lips, "Well then it's a good thing I don't play fair."
Before Betty could react the tendrils binding her body multiplied, forcing her legs and arms apart and growing to cover her mouth and ears.
'Tell me when you've had enough, though I'm excited to see how long you last.' Harry taunted as he turned and walked away.
'How long I last with~oh!' Betty's question was cut off as she felt a tentacle slip into her pussy and then her asshole before coming alive with strong pulsing vibrations.
Betty's back would have arched off the bed, but she was completely pinned down and at the mercy of Harry's tentacles that continued to tease her finding every way to make her squirm.
Walking away with the sound of Betty's moans in the background Harry made his way to the lab, 'Have you finished digesting everything we got from Gwen?'
'Indeed,' Nyx replied as she slid into Harry's mind, 'I've confirmed that her base DNA is human, however, it has been heavily modified with a strain of arachnid DNA using a specific radioactive isotope.'
'So it's just like I thought,' Harry replied as he entered his lab and slid behind the center counsel quickly typing in an encrypted password to bring up a slew of classified files he had pilfered from Oscorp's servers. Scrolling through the list Harry eventually found the file he was looking for titled, ' Arachnid Superus'. The discontinued project had been a series of experiments using radiation therapy to genetically modify different species of spiders. There was even a log about one specimen breaking out of containment and then being found later dead and with all of its venom missing. Out of fear of scandal if someone wound up dead from the irradiated spider bite Oscorp quickly scorched the project getting rid of all mention of it.
'So Gwen got bitten by the spider which mutated her DNA, it would explain why she possessed so much Bioenergy. It's the reason I started investigating her, to begin with.' Harry commented as he pursued through the file in its entirety before closing it, 'But more importantly, what have we gained from adding her DNA to the Codex?'
'While many of her powers we can replicate on our own, such as enhanced strength, agility, speed, reflexes, and regeneration. There are a handful which may prove extremely valuable,' Nyx informed grabbing Harry's attention, 'It seems that Gwen possessed a powerful sixth sense, that I can only properly describe as a form of precognition. Allow her to intuitively sense, danger, the intent of others, and certain energy signatures, including Bioenergy. Its true capabilities go beyond what can be considered physically possible. However, there are certain limits, I believe she was unable to use this sense to detect you or any of your followers as you hide their bioenergy signatures. I believe that with the proper augmentation and implementation, this ability could be extremely useful and the foundation for our telepathic abilities and greatly enhance our combat capabilities.'
Hearing Nyx's appraisal of the power Harry couldn't help but feel a bit excited at the powerful ability and was a bit disappointed he didn't have the bioenergy on hand, 'No matter, it only gives me an opportunity to test out my new form.'
Stepping away the center console, Harry stood up as symbiote covered his body, but instead of morphing into his primal form, Harry retained his human shape as a dark purple suit with golden veins covering him from head to toe.
