5yrs later…Orange Man facing prison and losing All of his NY assets unless he comes up with 350 million in fines for over valuation of a property (something that is done by people interested in Profiting from a sale) pretty much proves he isn’t one of them. Youre “allies” don’t bankrupt you and send you to prison. Unless he’s one hell of a team player for them, which I doubt.

Great ep. Tim is kinda gently dissing Russ these days (jan 23) so that’s a pity tho I can see where Tim’s coming from. So tough that Tim and rays understanding of how power and society works is so nuanced and clear eyed yet it terms of changing this depressing status quo no one, not even smart guys like Russ, can come with any strategy for change which might have a chance at traction? 🤷‍♂️or am I too cynical? This guy Russ Baker obviously has an agenda. See to me, no matter which party you affiliate with, a good journalist will never try to sway the audience towards his narrative .
