Cutting Out Soy Milk

They're not as high as you might think, but they're a little high, and for my condition that is not good.... Or really good depending on your perspective I guess.
Someone on Instagram, saying that they understood gigantomastia, and that their ex had it, told me that soy milk was good for lowering estrogen levels..

Before all of you call me an idiot, how was I supposed to know that it's very much the opposite?
With gigantomastia there is so much conflicting information online about what alleviates it and what makes it worse.
My doctors are now telling me that I should steer clear of soybeans all together because, although they only marginally increase my estrogen levels, with breasts as sensitive to growth as mine are, that little change can mean a lot. 😑
One of you has actually been proposing sending me money just to eat foods that increase my hormones. Pretty sure that's a horrible idea. 🫣
I definitely appreciate the majority of y'all who give me good information about this condition, but yeah I have to vent about how many guys on my Instagram are sending me to disinformation on purpose hoping that they can trick me into making them grow even faster.

Again, I hope that these kind of updates aren't too sad for y'all, but I have to be honest about this condition. It's not all good. So often it leaves me feeling freakish, like some kind of boob monster.
I definitely have days where I feel better, but today is not one of them.

My goodness just imagine what you been go through. You must be frustrated with people giving misinformations. Though, I wonder if is it inheritance from your family? As much as I am in love with the well endorsed women, but there is a limit. Your health comes first. I have seen photos of like really out of control grown breasts on women who had to go through surgical remove them. Hopefully you find your situation under somewhat controlled. Your happiness and healthy must come first.

Adapting your reflection of yourself can also be helpful when physical aspects are hard to manage at times. That being said; with all the conflicting information out there, best consult your local doctor or a specialist directly regarding diet and lifestyle choices that minimise excessive growth. From there, find what works for you specifically. There could be any number of triggers that vary from person to person. While this might be stressful, I hope you’re doing well otherwise Hush. Ugh, that someone would mislead you like that is so awful, I'm so sorry. There is definitely nothing worth your own well being, and people suggesting things to try and make your boobs bigger aren't really considering the fact that you have to live with them. yeah making your boobs grow bigger for money is probably a really bad idea. After all there is such a thing as too much of a good thing. Your boob growth is really hot but for those of us who don’t actually live with those boobs it’s easy to only see their surface level benefits which tbf might not even be considered benefits to you. I’d be lying if i said I understood gigantomastia fully but at the very least i hope some sort of solution that you can comfortably live with presents itself.

You seem to have enough interest in science that it would probably benefit you to do some learning on your own. Ultimately that’s the best defense against misinformation. I can definitely recommend more than a few resources if you’re interested. As for boob greed…yeah, it’s definitely hot to imagine you accelerating your growth vs trying to control it. But it seems likely they’ll continue growing for quite some time without help, and ultimately you’ll be the one living with them while the guys behind the screen will just whack off and carry on. Not my intent to be a downer, I think getting you to be a bit naughty with your diet and grow more would be super hot, lol. You’re so young you could shoot for the world record, lol. But just be wary of the conflicting incentives. And you definitely don’t need to worry about being “big enough”. You’re already bigger than any girl these guys have ever been with — maybe even bigger than all of them combined, lol
