The way your breasts are growing is so anomalously predominated by fibroglandular tissue that I wouldn’t be surprised if they never really sag the way ‘regular’ breasts do, for lack of a better term. Have they ever sagged in the past? If or when they reach your belly button and abs, it may not be because they are sagging. Definitely remain open and inventive with addressing the soreness and trouble sleeping. Makes sense to me that, given their volume and how tight and swollen they appear, their own weight and density under gravity adds to the internal pressure and tumidity you feel even when nothing is touching them. It sounds like you’re taking it in stride, and that’s good.
