How-do-I-hands!?
🕑 Added 2015-08-23 18:41:36 +0000 UTC Hey guys! Here is my first attempt at building this sort of guides, and the initial step in a series that I expect to keep working on, in the coming months. We could call it a tutorial, but I more meant it to be a little collection of (hopefully!) useful tips to help on your own artsy practice, if you're inclined to it and wish to improve your drawn hands.I'm certain I haven't covered everything there is to be said about the "hands" matter, but that wasn't my goal. An extensive guide would just end up being a deformed clone of a study book, so instead I much preferred to show you specifically what key points I use and keep in my mind when drawing hands. After all, that is the point now, isn't it? To show you my methods. And here they are. ^^
Hope you find it useful, or somewhat interesting. I've tried my best :'3
And any feedback is welcome, so don't be shy!

Yes thumb twerking can be quite dangerous to the inexperienced!

Oh, I noticed those broken messages. Imagined there was a bug, don't worry! ^^ And I appreciate the feedback!

Omg I'm sorry for that irregular spam I logged in and went to type, and the comment started glitching... Thanks for the tutorial! I had self-taught myself hands too, but I never knew if mine worked or not. Yours is very simialr to mine. Thx!

Thanks, Ash! Also, now you see what's one of those things I've been so busy about. I honestly put a lot of time in this. xD Don'tdropyourbreakfast!

It's a huge relief to hear it was useful :'D I worried a lot if it would make any sense to anyone but myself, all that writing. It is not my forte. xD And hey, be careful with your thumb!

Thank you so much for this, Fegu! This is essential knowledge I'll be applying immediately!

I'm not an artist, but this was quite informative and interesting to read, not to mention detailed. And as hizzy said, I was also posing my hand and fingers, near losing my breakfast! XD Impressive, Fegu. d (^-^) (Best thumbs up I've ever drawn XD

Omg Fegu this is a seriously epic hands informational post. :O I mean that sincerely. This is more in depth than most I've seen. Also I was totally doing these poses with my hand while reading through. So technical!
