PATREON ASMR| SENSITIVE WHISPER RAMBLE
🕑 Added 2023-06-19 20:19:30 +0000 UTCI was going to post this to YouTube, but figured I'd give a close to the mic ramble for all of you over here FIRST. There isn't anything crazy new going on in my life... but I do have a BIG move coming up within the next 6 months or even sooner. I'll make a more personal ramble for you all the beginning of next month.
What changes, exciting events, etc... are going on in your world?
I'm wishing you all a safe work week on this Monday. Thinking of you.
Remember, there IS NO timeline. BREATHE. Everything is going to be okay. I hope this space can serve as a tight-nit community where you feel comfortable overtime sharing a sliver of your day to day if you feel so inclined and need support. YOU are loved. I'm actively trying to step into my own discomfort and face some things that I've been avoiding for some time now. We cannot move back in time... but we can give ourselves the gift of NEW choices, and sometimes that gives us freedom. YOU DESERVE to move forward. WE can do this. There's no point in ruminating in thought or tearing yourself down over past decisions or what you "could've said" or "done differently". Take that healthy step forward in your life. The rest is just noise.
Even though your nervous system might be saying "I'm on fire" remind yourself that YOU are safe and can nurture that fear/sadness/distress with self-compassion. No self- judgment either! You deserve that. Give yourself the gift.
