Hasim may be able to figure it out himself. Human nobles may not lower themselves to crafting over battle classes but dwarves honor craftsmen. A dwarf noble (if there is such a thing), may have gotten the Runic Lord/Overlord class and become a legend. A knowledgeable dwarf may put the clues together. 1) High complexity runes used in unorthodox ways, 2) A high mana pool/high discount runic skills and 3) Obviously both a crafter AND a fighter/mage. The real question is does he reveal it if he figures it out.

The Runes also drain a ton of mana on use. But his class modifiers give him like 72% reduction costs.

No way he doesn't form some kind of contract with him for golem crafting with the competition coming up. He teamed up with the dwarvin union in albrook with great success. He had to do the same thing here

Well Rolands armor is strange for any other class. It is heavy so warriors can only wear but yuou need enough mane to use to use the runes. Mage have enough mana to active all of the rune but not enough strength to use it.

He should have mentioned the Union's Rune Master in Albrook. They might move in similar circles both being "radicals".

He has plenty of items to trade but the challenge is how to maintain his "I'm just a knowledgeable customer" verses "let me show you". Even the valuable knowledge of the Abysmal Star Steel is of limited value without a way for others to retrieve it for the smith repeatedly without major risk. Not sure that Hasim would be willing to leave the dungeon to visit even with the gate for fear of what might happen while he'd be gone. If Roland can find a way to open up a little, Hasim could be a valuable resource for the Academy Golem competition. Actually it would be way beyond cheating for both Roland and Hasim to build for that as it would likely totally eclipse all the others.
