Hello guys =)
Today I want you to describe some things about the Card Classes and game parts in the Reworked Ehards Project. I even prepared a small Demo =)
The game will be separated into 2 parts. Planning part and Playing part.
During the first part you will plan your day, what things you want to do in what part of the day. It's a tactical part, but I call it Planning part.
And, sure, you can't choose just random cards for it. I created 5 special card classes for this part: Attending, Training, Job, Routine, Leisure.
Here you can see what Cards you can choose for each part of the day.
I call all those cards Planning cards (rather obvious...). Also, because they are important, their rarity can be only Epic or Legendary. So it would be harder to find them in the game, in contrast with Playing Cards.
Yes, some info about Playing cards and Playing part.
As you can see on the very 1st screenshot, you need to play some Playing cards during the planned event to complete it and get rewards.
Each Planning card contains some accident, task and person cards. It's like an opponent for the player.
For example, in the GYM you can meet the Person - Trainer, who will try to interact with your or will give you extra task.
Another example, an accident can happen while attending the mall.
Or you can get extra task on the Job from your boss (person). And so on.
Usually, those enemy cards will lower your stats. But you can try to do something with it using your cards, or just stay silent and smile ;) If your performance, decisions and actions are good enough, you can even get value from enemy cards.
But we will talk about Playing Cards and Playin Part itself in the next Dev Diaries. And about other things too.
Thanks for reading :)
And try this demo. I can't even call it a game yet. Presentation is ok word, I think so. But it wasn't an easiest task for me xD
P.S. Why do you think all the cards show only girls? ;)
