I was literally your first Patreon, TGP. If I can help it, I will literally be your last if worse comes to worse. I, however, don't see that ever happening since most of us here are here to stay and will support you no matter what health or life issues you may have. You have started strong and gave us precious Apogee everyday. That would explain it. Get advice from a physical therapist or a personal trainer for thay sort of stuff. Just the wrong exercise can be absolute misery
