Can you clarify what you mean by "Grammar og" ? If you meant "or" , these are menu replacements for Stop The Ped and Ultimate Backup menus and notifications only.

Hey Mike just a question those this mod overlap Grammar og do i need to remove grammar for this one to work`?

This is more of a notification type of thing. The default would just give a notification above minimap that Ambulance is in route. This gives a bit more of an immersive notification response. So in other words, it is just an aesthetic.
