hi there. so far this is an amazing mod! but every now and then when i get a response from dispatch, its just a static noise... unsure if you have came across this or know of a fix!

Love it, works great! Only small issue im facing (or idk if its supposed to work like that) is when I say my callsign e.g. "David-6" i just get a message "This is dispatch" with no sound. Is it supposed to be like or am I missing something? Everything else works great though

@S. Franks - I will look into the audio levels again. Since there are over 2k audio files, it might help to narrow down which files you were referring to, maybe a hint on what the dispatch is saying. If you are referring to all of the dispatch is quiet, that will be on your end I am afraid as the dispatch is loud enough for everyone else. Could be a setting on your PC, like your output setting since the audio files are calling on wav files that are found in your scanner folder. It is seperate from the game audio.

I haven't seen many people state they their game is stuttering when pressing the PTT button - RIght ALT key. However, you could try changing the key in the custom.ini file to something different, might be an issue with the RIght ALT key conflicting with something running in the background as the Right ALT sometimes will want interaction with a menu to other programs. Unless you have it set up for Show me Code 3, she will not attach you. The correct way would be "Show me en-route Code 3" All she is hearing is show me code 3

Should not have any of the old dispatcher. Perhaps you have Xscanner installed? Perhaps you do not have your Plate check enabled in the menu system. All of that is covered on the video and the timestamps are mentioned in the description.

The Callout Pack audio is in your BL-PACK-AUDIO v1.5 It is 100% accurate and all files are accounted for in the download. I would just reinstall the callout audio folder again.

Hey thank you Marc, I appreciate the comment and I also appreciate the fact that you mentioned that the old dispatcher would pull weird audio for odd calls. Actually in all fairness, she only pulled audio what the callout author said was "okay" LOL. I am already working on 2.0 more news will follow in the next week.

A few days in with this mod and I can no longer imagine playing LSPDFR without it. Callout integration is mostly spot on...some callouts are clearly wonky in what audio they pull...just like the vanilla dispatch some of them pull the domestic disturbance audio instead of just plain old disturbance (or criminal activity or one of the many other choices). I hope more mod authors will start to build callouts around this audio pack. Would love to see some street names in the future!!!

Hey Blueline love this mod but a suggestion I have is in a future update if there is one. Add compatibility for XScanner and XScanner Pursuit Updates because the old dispatcher does appear when announcing the street otherwise love the mod!

Well you asked 3 questions, so here is your answers: Well for starters - Did you backup your scanner folder and then delete the entire thing before you install the version 1.5? If not, please go back and watch the first part of the video .... 1. In game press Left Control + F2 by default and bring up your Grammar Police Menu in game if you like. Go to PTT Settings > At the bottom you will see Preface Responses. If you choose option 3 for example, dispatch should respond with your callsign. If she is not saying your callsign, it is set up incorrectly in Grammar police custom.ini - You also might take a look at your preface. xml found in your Grammar Police folder. For example I chose the en-GENERIC > custom > then go to commands folder. Look for a file called preface. xml and Add in your call sign as well to that for your phrases. Currently you might see just the word "Dispatch" but you can add in your call sign. As mentioned on the video, I share out my en-GENERIC folder for everyone on discord. If none of the above is helping and she is just responding with "This is dispatch" then you need to seek help on Opus49's discord (maker of Grammar Police) as that is a PC or Microphone type issue. 2. The Callout audio not being heard is covered on the video that you skipped through and didn't fully watch at the 17:35 minute mark 3. You should never hear the old dispatcher, chances are you have an old Callout Audio pack installed because you didn't delete out your scanner folder to begin with, or you have Xscanner installed which is covered on the video and I even left a timestamp for that info in the description of this video.

I most likely installed it incorrectly, but why when I say like dispatch or my call sign it will say on bottom left “this is dispatch” but I don’t hear it? And there’s times where a callout pops up but it doesn’t say the full thing or only half. And there’s a few times where it throws in the old dispatch voice too.

Hi, I have a question regarding Realistic Dispatch. If I upgrade my subscription to a higher tier once and then downgrade back to the lowest tier, will I still have access to it? Or would it be better to purchase it directly from the store, even though it’s a bit more expensive than upgrading the tier for a month? Thanks in advance!

So the only thing I hear the old dispatch say is the location or area of where the call is. And that’s after the new dispatcher says the call and location. This was for kuchera audio. Like every time I forced a call for kuchera, I was listing to see if the new dispatch was working and it did. But right at the end after she said the location or area, the old dispatch would repeat the location again.

If you get the old dispatch audio with callouts for Kuchera or even Super Callouts let me know the exact description please what she says, might help me make some slight changes. BE advised that you might get audio for a burning car when you get an animal call for SuperCallouts lol

Yes I do have x scanner installed and that could be the issue. I only have 2 callouts installed (Super callouts) (Kuchera callouts) and that’s it. But I did do as the video showed and deleted my scanner folder and just dragged the new folders from the 1.5. But I’ll remove x scanner and see if that helps.

Sounds like you might be just upgrading from version 1.0, meaning you probably just dragged the folders in to your scanner folder. Be sure to watch the video closely and also follow the Readme very closely as I mention that you need to remove the scanner folder first, before upgrading to version 1.5 - If you don't do that, files will be left behind from other installs. Do you have Xscanner installed? Do you have perhaps another callout pack installed that is not in the customized audio packs? Or maybe you have a different plugin that I am not aware of that the callout audio could be pulling from. If you have Xscanner installed - that is covered on the video at 21:50 timestamp.

Hey quick question. I installed everything correctly from when I had 1.0 and everything for 1.5 works fine expect the callout audio. I hear the new dispatcher say the call and then when it comes to the street name she says it, and then the original dispatch from lspdfr says it again. Any idea why? And thank you for this!

Hi Shawn, this is mainly the audio file replacement for dispatch itself. You can request things such as Tow, Ambulance, Fire, Code 2 or 3 backup etc. If you were thinking about direct communication with the AI NPC law enforcement in game, currently that is impossible with GTA 5. Wasn't sure if you were asking about the AI Voice type stuff as that is all editing all together in past videos.
