It is possible yes. Been hearing others having the same issue and I guess I should have thought of that before releasing a video like this. I am on game version 3028 from last year and have zero issues with it. I do not know of another plugin that will shut off the sirens after exiting the vehicle, but if I hear of one, i will let you know. EDIT: Take a look at a post lower that yours here from B9Bot 1 - he mentioned that the "Scene Manager Plugin" may have an updated inputmanager.dll which might the reason you are crashing and I am not. Just try it out, download that mod and see if it helps.

I think the only reason I uninstalled it years ago was some FPS loss, probably had that traffic light stage 3 lighting thing enabled back then, or I was forced to have it enabled back then.
