did you open the readme with the download? The audio file doesn't work work with GP or STP as neither actually use a sound to begin with. You need an actual soundboard or install the soundboard plugin that BLV made a video on which can be found on his YouTube channel. Hope this helps!

Small volume level update v1.1 I will push update through by tomorrow. This should help with lower volumes from dispatch and responding units and volume level lowered for the plate check system as they seem quite loud. The larger update v1.5 will come out Sept. 18th

It would depend on how the author set up the download. For example: if the author has a download for you that is EUP uniforms and the files look like this below: eup\dlc.rpf\x64\eup_componentpeds.rpf\ < < < < mp_m_freemode_01 > > > > Drag each folder or extract your download onto your desktop. Take each file and rename it to just mp_m_freemode_01 as an example. You would take that folder labeled as mp_m_freemode_01 and place the entire folder inside the eup_componentpeds.rpf found here: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\eup\dlc.rpf\x64\eup_componentpeds.rpf Just be aware that it would overwrite any pre-existing files labeled with the same name. You can always do what I do and just drag the EUP and SUP folder out of OpenIV to your desktop and save them for backup if things get installed wrong or you do not like the uniforms. You can then just drag the EUP and SUP dlc packs back inside your dlc packs pathway. I do this routinely for Trooper Charles EUP packs, because I do not want to have like Ohio state trooper uniforms every patrol permanently. Also be advised that some EUP packs that you purchased may not be compatible with the EUP version that you have installed. You would have to seek out the uniforms on your own inside the game which can be tedious. Also make a backup copy of your presetoutfits and wardrobe as well just encase. I would do a tutorial on this, but as described above it would be rather confusing for the viewer with all of these disclaimers and nevermind the fact that it would get very little views.

Okay this is interesting: If you ONLY have the shots fired in the officer down, it will indeed trigger the officer down audio. Consider adding these to your phrases: shots fired shots fired shots fired shots ALSO - You can add or leave in the above strings to the panic xml as well. Here is the effect. You first get a officer down audio along with Code 3 units and a ambulance showing up to the scene (cuz you know that's legit lol) BUT if you say, shots fired again, it will not need to trigger the officer down as it is already in effect, but instead it now holds the air for you and you also get more responding units. ~ Pretty cool, thanks for the idea btw.

Thinking outside the box I wonder if an audio command for shots fired could trigger the dispatch then a hotkey press for panic button could that work? As I know you can get hotkeys in the gp ini.

Hey Matt, can you elaborate a bit and I can probably be on the same page. Do you mean a phrase that you say like "Shots Fired" and then it gives the office down audio? If that is the case, you might have to change your officerdown .xml in the en-Generic folder inside the Commands folder. Look for officerdown xml and you can add in a string like shots fired. Should trigger the officer down if you like. HOWEVER, I am unsure if you need to take out "shots fired" out of your panic xml in your commands folder to trigger a panic button press. I might have to test this theory out and get back with you. Can't really have both, would be cool but I am afraid two different audio files would be competing for top place to actually play a sound. But as stated, you could take out the shots fired from panic xml and it should play the officer down audio. You might still have to request for the air to be held, but I will test it out and see if it can do both. You know I like to test things out, because now I am curious :)

That's okay I appreciate your reply everything is now working as it should I just turned my microphone volume up. But another thing happened to me yesterday I was playing lspdfr everything was going good and then lspdfr crashed. I verified all my game files and everything was validated through steam. What would cause the game to crash?

Not really, but I could always make one. It would require you to pay for a subscription on ElevenLabs.com though. Can't make the right kind of voices with the Free Version. But you are more than welcome to try.

Shouldn't be an issue with the sound files, as they are mainly a replacement for the dispatch. The GrammarPolice audio file replacement was just the priority tones. If you are having technical issues with GP, you could head over to Opus49's discord channel here - https://discord.gg/x2Tdtrd4 This should be the correct link for his discord. If not, head over to the GP download mod and look at his description as he should have it posted there. Sorry you are having issues with it.

That is not an issue with this mod. These are audio files replacements. You will need to look at Grammar Police instead. For example if you want Grammar Police to say "Go Ahead" as an example, look at your settings in the GP menu - Left Control + F2 by default. I think it is the 2nd selection from the bottom. You have about 4 choices how dispatch will respond to you if you say your call sign or how she may address you in general. You can have it set to: 0 = none 1=This is dispatch 2=Go Ahead 3 = Says your callsign back to you as an example.

sorry for the late response. As for the audio files, it's going to be inside the Default folder in Xscanner there will be 7 folders that contain the audio files delete them and that will fix it

Nah, that is just RP. I have it set as an advisory, for example instead of saying Be Advised, I have it set up to say "We are at" then whatever I say after, dispatch will give at least a generic response. I wish it would allow the back to respond directly to the location.

Do you have Xscanner plugin installed? If not, I would start from scratch and remove the scanner folder entirely from your lspdfr folder. Then just reinstall. All streets and default dispatch has been muted, so you shouldn't get any other audio from that, the only other thing it could be is another plugin perhaps like Xscanner.

That download page gives a few areas to download it, there is also a download button at the very top of the page on the right side as well.

That’s the one. I have backed up those files and deleted them for now. Also any files in there relating to locations as I had a “near Rockford Hills Fire Station” creep in to a backup request

Thank you for sharing this. I was confused as to how that was happening. Is the pathway LSDPFR/Xscanner/Audio/Default/Streets? I've encountered an issue, the files are XAS which Audacity wouldn't accept. Did you convert your files? If so, how did you convert them and what file format did you convert them to? Amazing work! I found some more audio that needs muting - if you're using XScanner there's a folder in plugins\lspdfr\xscanner\audio where the game seems to find and pull street and locations. And MCCallouts won't load with the audio files deleted, so may be worth recommended replacing and muting those.

It's definitely there. It is labeled as STP_10_4.wav Just curious if others are having any issues with that wav file. I might have to do more testing. Be sure to read the description above in this post if you want to try out those other files in the meantime. You can switch the files out and rename if you prefer.

I think you are thinking of the old Dispatch Audio Overhaul. If the majority of the other Patreons, would like to hear a "Clear and Current", it could possibly be changed in the future. I just thought it sounded more realistic to say "Clear and Valid with no Active Warrants" Valid is another word for current, meaning license, insurance is all up to date. But if you want the old file that says clear and current, I can make that happen.
