After doing this i barely have dispatch saying anything, everything is muted which i guess was intentional, but i didnt do back up. Is there a way to get your backup?

Thanks. If you have the sound effect or a possible way to distort the voices a bit (Audacity is a free program, and you can google how to make it sound like a radio) then use the Free version of Elevenlabs.com you can do text to speech, and "I think" you can do speech to speech. Speech to Speech is the magic as you can give the voice a bit of expression, or a tiny pause or infliction if needed as it is coming from your own voice, but being turned into a AI voice if that makes sense. Download what you get (it will be a mp3) then drag that into Audacity and modify the voice with the above info, make it sound like a radio effect. Then export it as a wav file. Make sure the wav file is named the same file name you want to change. BUT do yourself a favor and make a backup copy of your lspdfr audio > scanner folder. You don't want to mess that up. Then experiment a bit with some easy responses.

About Dispatch Audio Overhaul removed by the author: I spoke with Cyanotic (he made the dispatch audio overhaul) He stated that he pulled it off the site because he was getting a lot of complaints that some of the audio that was supposed to be muted, is still coming over as the default dispatcher. He is working on a fix so that it is less confusing. He will hopefully get this fixed soon.

that would be amazing I've been fiddling with the Elevenlabs I have the sound effect I want now to just get it to say what I need it to is the next hurdle to jump lol. I get it its no worries at all take your time no rush needed for the video. Keep up the good work man I love all your vids especially the AI voice generated ones, I know those take forever to edit but it is very good content for some at least lol.

Yep, I know how but that would have to come in a second video. Can't make the videos too long as most would never watch it. I use Elevenlabs.com for the website to create my own voices. They do have a free account that you can sign up for and you get 10k characters per month (meaning typing characters not voices) If you want to create your own voices, you can do that but they charge $5 for 30k characters per month. Of course there are other ways to make the voices that you can create for free sound like it is coming over the radio, but as mentioned it would have to come in a separate video.

Because you dismissed the ped to driver seat. Did you expect them to wait? If so, that would be a question for the author of Stop The Ped. They always drive off when dismissed to driver seat. They will also leave their passenger behind as well, if there were two people in the car. Best to wrap up everything, RP or charge wise and then dismiss to driver seat as you are headed back to your car to Code-4 the call.

Doubtful as it is specifically directed to Sam-44. However, I might add some generic ones that sound better when asking for certain things, yes.

Well first, I wouldn't even refer to it as "Early Access" as he has not updated Stop The Ped, Ultimate Backup and Compulite in almost 3 years. Unless you are counting how he did change a small file on the backend to make it more compatible with GTA 5 update that broke the Tow trucks. Is it worth $5? Probably not, but you do get a few extra things with Stop The Ped (Shut off Engine, Have Partner Search Vehicle, VIN number check on Unregistered Plates) Compulite you get 3 extra counts in the charges (I rarely use those) Ultimate Backup you get something like having your partners stay or follow in groups etc. Not much on that end. But I make content, so for me it was worth it. If it did more, or if he even updated those more, I would say yes.

So just finished following this tutorial all the way thru. Have to say, I don’t miss vanilla lady, but it’s certainly a bit more quiet without her since most if not all crimes are muted now. Can’t wait to see how this evolves in the future as more sounds are added. Really good job on the video Mike, appreciate the effort.
