In the Valentine's stream, you asked whether we (guys) like romantic comedies. As a genre, they tend to be more liked by women that men I think. But occasionally, I run across one that tugs at both my hearts strings and funny bone. In that vein, I would like to suggest The Longest Week with Jason Bateman, Olivia Wilde and Billy Crudup. 💕

I’ll be honest. Not a bad pick. Now granted, I’ve only seen this twice. Once in the theatre and once when it debuted on HBO so it’s been quite a while. I do remember it being good.

You really should check out “Steel Magnolias.” It is a great movie about relationships, love, and heartbreak. It also has many funny moments to help offset the heartbreak. It would become one of your favorite movies.
