Man it's been like 9 years since I read the manga so I can't even remember what's coming up next so I literally got all the same questions as you haha but damn till this day I still consider Aizen the best villain in Bleach, bro's just HIM

Uryuu & Ichigo were both speaking at the same time on the poem at the end! Also that "there are two reasons for fighting" was the quote from Kaien to Rukia :'( it's bittersweet to see it re-used in that way. Btw all the Ukitake story at the start of the episode was anime original, so glad that we got to explore more of the Mimihagi stuff that left us a bit wanting for more in the manga.
