OBE stands for "Order of the British Empire" which is a real, civilian award for those who is said to have contributed greatly to the UK. Fun fact, the actress who played Aunt Polly is an OBE. And Angel Changretta was the one who John beat up and later got killed at the hospital. Luca is his older brother.
