WelCUM To The City [0.6.0]
🕑 Added 2023-09-30 02:55:36 +0000 UTCWow... we are growing fast!
Welcome all new supporters and thank you so much all my Patreons💛
This time we had many new arts for the update, but no many changes in gameplay. Just a continuation of the plot of the first day at school.
You can see a list of characters of classes 1A (Stepsis' one) and 1B (MC's one), where you can change any name of the characters that you don't know yet (Well, it's a prototype. I should do something visually better in a next update). About the characters that you'll see in this update, they're here in these white background screenshots in the post gallery. What do you think of them?
I reworked sprites based on your feedback. Changing the eyes pupils and the shadow of the nose to something that seemed cutest and less bizarre (and that would make more sense than a displaced shadow xD). The comparison is below, at the end of this post.

Please, let me know if there's a bug so I can fix it as soon as possible 🙏
Changelog
- Bug fix: Changing your name by the phone no longer removes the quick menu buttons.
- Sprite Rework: Now the characters have a new head/face model, less wide; with different nose shapes; and aiming to make them look more cute; expressive; and unique.
- New Characters: You're in a school now, and there's a lot of people there. Yes... A lot of them!
- New Scene: Continuation of the content of the first day at school. Get to know the new characters and their relationships with each other.
- Affordable Student List: Edit and check new students names (PROTOTYPE)
Sprites Comparison
First version of the sprites. Printed screen of version 0.4.0 of the game.
Second Version of the sprites. I separated the head from the body and changed the anatomy by code so the taller characters don't have bigger heads (What means Neighbor girl didn't change anything). Printed screen of version 0.5.0 of the game.
Third version of the sprites. I tried to make them more expressive and cute, but, from the feedback I got that the eyes and nose shadows weren't that good and were making the characters kinda scary. Printed screen of the development of the version 0.6.0 of the game.
Fourth version of the sprites. with smaller pupils and smoother nose shades. The head format anf face proportion kept similar to as it was, with a few refinements. Printed screen of the version 0.6.0 of the game, that's where we are now. Don't mind commenting here what you think! xD

I am now able to download, thanks!

Hi! the version 0.6 is outdated, so I removed the outdateds and leave just the up to date to have more space in the cloud. You can check the newer posts to download the current version (0.8.0 for early access and 0.7.0 for public access). It has more content than the previous ones. 🤔 Oh, I checked my Patreon page, and the post of 0.7 wasn't available, right? I unlocked it now 💛 But you can download it on itch.io ^^ I did it here to test and the download finished. Maybe it was a browser or internet problem? :p 🙋♂️ Buuut... If you want the version 0.6, I can put it again for you xD

hi! i'm trying to download the mac version of the game but continue to be unable to. on itch.io, the download fails and says "the file wasn't available on the site". this google drive link just says error 404 when I click the link.

Yes, that's cos the code are still changing, so the load is not working well yet. 🙏 Sorry.

So I updated it, but after the call with grandma it does this on my prior updates save. I started a new game and it worked fine. So I think it was the old save that caused it.

🤔 This happens after what moment? Does it get that way by the mobile gallery?

I'm getting a bug that gives me a blank screen with "chat:" and "activity:" on the left. I have my menu buttons and phone access but it won't continue.

Sounds good!

This is funny to answer, cos I was working on the character sheet document and wrote in her database: "Dateable: probably (to decide)" 🤣🤣🤣 But that's not cos I don't plan to do cool scenes for her, but cos her gameplay system would be different from the other characters. Well, I intend to finish the 0.7 in the part she appears again. I hope I manage to do xD

Will the Step-cousin be a romance option?
L H
Oh, sorry! I forgot to put it here. It's the same as the 0.5 version, that's different from the previous ones. It's: cheatON
Chad Pardini
I'm having an issue where the cheat code won't work for me
