The Video Game History Foundation Digital Library is set to launch this week, promising free access to their archive of magazines, developer documentation, and all sorts of other media relating to video game history. I couldn't really think of a question about this that didn't just come off as just gassing them up, but I'm still curious to hear your take on what should be a big moment for preservation of games and game media.

BAP~!~!!~! As recently reported by various outlets (including YOU~!), GTA V actor Stephen Ogg has expressed a desire to have his character Trevor killed in the upcoming GTA VI as a way to give closure and "pass the torch" to new characters. This got me thinking - What other characters (GTA or otherwise) do you think should be revisited in future games? Either because you feel there's more of their story to tell, because you liked your time with the character and want to check back in on them, or simply because you feel they never really got the proper ending they deserved? (Note - I was originally going to ask a simpler question - "What characters do you want to see offed in the opening of the next game of a series?" - but we all know the objectively correct answer to that question is Chadley.) Hello BAP I'd like to basically repeat my question from last week cause i still think it's a good one: do you think governments or regulatory bodies will ever take action to prevent companies releasing unfinished & broken games? i bought starship troopers extermination and the game literally doesn't work and it got me thinking that trading standards probably wouldn't let any other industry sell you a completely broken or malfunctioning product. what do you think should be done about it? for example fines for publishers, forcing publishers to refund everyone or maybe even making them label the games early access and sell them at a reduced price?
