Happy New Year!

Originally, I hoped to finish Pawperty Damage this year, but due to some slow-downs, obstacles and possibly burnout, this goal had to be delayed to 2023.
Nevertheless, I have made lots of important progress with the game, this year, and editing the end-of-year compilation was a nice reminder of that, for myself!
For instance, I completely forgot that, until this year, there were no cars in the game, at all, haha. Same goes for all the nice little details, UI, and so on.
Similarly, it was only this year that we finally figured out an official name, for the game—through the power of democracy! You'd think that's something that would have happened sooner, for a game that's been in development for two years, hah.
In the second half of the year, a lot of the changes and progress were a lot less visual, which is why there was less to see, unfortunately. Things like input handling, and such: Really important stuff that was time-consuming to get right, but doesn't show well in a WIP video, heh.
What's Coming in 2023?
2023 is going to be the year I will finally be able to release the game, and I'm really excited!
Once I have all the basic sound effects in place, I can prepare early access for Patrons and organize a closed beta, some time after that. From there, it shouldn't be too far, to a public release!
It remains to be seen, when exactly that's going to be, but I will try my best to finish the game, as quickly as I can!
