End of the year
🕑 Added 2021-12-29 17:04:42 +0000 UTCAs the end of the year approaches, we reflect on it and how awesome it was. It sure had its up and downs, but mostly it was ups.
We launched MWA on steam, itch and nutaku (still can't believe it) and to this day over 8000 people have played it! We're almost a New York Times bestseller!
We added conversations in 1.1, which was a biiiig chunk of work and code, and we launched 1.2 with translations.
Meanwhile there's a whole beach episode ready, artwork wise, that will serve as a foundation for MWA2.
Many talented artists joined the team this year: Katoushinobu as the monthly reward artist, Sein as an additional animator working with Tz (you'll see more of their work in 2022), Exellart working on New Moon, the secret lore-heavy game, and Mayin currently working on a smaller minigame. You can see some of the new monstergirls for MWA2 above, and also some of the minigame's animations.
I wished to show your more in December, but understandably everyone took some time to relax and vent some pressure off. Once again this year has been weird irl, but we passed through it with the power of lewds.
And with that we bid farewell to 2021 and welcome 2022 with hope, passion, creativity, and horny!
Until next time, stay awesome!
