They do, however in 0.6 there is a graphical bug where they hellhound does not appear but she is still there. It is fixed and will be released with the next version this weekend. Also it is now easier to unlock the hellhound, no more shenanigans about losing after fucking her
do the hellhound and the bat still show up in the bedroom? i'm not sure hot to make them appear.

That's what most games call a CG. A Computer Generated Image. Could animate it ofc, and it's planned for a distant future, but it would slow down the content pace too much for now
