Just wanted to make you guys aware that I’m having some issues regarding the backend on my patreon! I noticed that some of you upgraded your tier this month, some have left, and even new people joined- totally fine!!!
However! This new movement has caused me some confusion on the status of my tiers. I have a set limit of mail and VIP, but at this moment I have 11 people in my set 10 people mail club- and I already shipping out rewards.
Also quite a few users experienced card issues this month and this marked their account as “deleted/unsubscribed“ on my end. However, I didn’t notice this UNTIL I was halfway done with rewards!
what now? Well, I think this was 100% my fault. I did not wait until ALL payments cleared before shipping and drawing. As of now I will wait 1-2 more days until most payments are *hopefully* cleared and I can take the steps to regroup and make sure those of you getting rewards get your promised benefit! Do not worry, If you have been charged for this month you are okay! if you are having issues with your tier, or are confused PLEASE reach out!!! I’m here to help you guys and provide content for you all! ♥️
