Progress Update #23

But first, let me tell you about my trip to Canada.Yup, if you follow me on twitter, you already know this. I went to Montreal last week and I finally met the Super Best Friends! We didn't record any let's plays or anything like that (except for this). And that's mostly because I arrived at a weird time, and Matt forgot that I was coming. But that's okay, because I visited a lot of nice places in Montreal and I got to hang out with some really cool people, so I had a great time!
I also took my laptop with me, so I could keep working on the next TBSP. That didn't quite work out, because, I was just too exhausted... I still ended up doing some vectoring and basic rigging, but I wish I had done a lot more.
So, there's no surprise anymore. People guessed it back when I posted the first WIP, Shadow the Hedgehog is the next episode! And before I start animating the next scene I gotta finish these characters. This 2D Shadow is only going to appear in a few sequences, so it doesn't have to be a complex rig, but I'm also going to use 3D models in some of the shots. For the Chao character, there are going to be a couple of variations of the dark form, so I'm going to take a look at all the different Chao evolutions from SA2B as a reference. Besides the characters, there's also some lip-syncing and basic editing that I got to take care of.
The goal right now is to get all of this done, so I can start animating this scene by the end of next week!

Was cool to listen to the pod cast and found out you went up there to see the SBFs. Good to see your still at it with the project you have here. Looking to see more stuff from you. :D
