I don't think they will publish anything as long as the legal steps against NG aren't somehow either finished or at least clearly scheduled. The last thing they will want to is announce S3 and then the press goes off because at the same time the court case in New Zealand suddenly starts. It's sad but probably a very likely reason for Amazon to wait.
