I wanted to talk to you about something that may not be clear to some viewers which I am so sorry for any upset.
I created this page to have fun and to titillate a fine group of fans who enjoy adult content. The adult content I provide is often silly, crass, sometimes offensive but, according to the feedback I get, STEAMY GOODNESS!
Sometimes my content can be read into by viewers as dancing a line on serious subjects such as dubcon or noncon. Let me be clear, my audience can interpret my art as they see fit. That’s the whole relationship between art and art lovers,
So, if that is something the viewer interprets from my art, that’s perfectly fine and I have no beef with that AT ALL. SHOULD I EVER explicitly draw those things, I will make sure to add a CW as I do with my horror/body horror illustrations. However, I was accused of being pro-rape and I am deeply upset.
That crossed a huge line and I am hurt by the accusation. I like to think I provide fan art across all genres, from rated G to explicit, and yes sometimes I go hard on the angst. I have never or will I ever make art that is as ugly as what I was accused of being.
Let me be clear, this is an adult page with adult viewers. I respect your ability to enjoy content as you see fit. If there is something you don’t like please keep scrolling to find something you do! I have plenty of genres to choose from.
I will not be besmirched or be made to feel that I am a bad person for the art I create. Please, if you are someone who is unhappy here, find a page that is better suited to your needs. I completely understand that I am NOT everyone’s cup of tea. And that’s okay!

There is nothing pro rape about your content. I am so sorry you had to endure something like that. It steals a person's spark to be immersed in doing what they love only to be casually crushed down like that. At first you can't believe what you are seeing. Topics like consent and power and abuse are often tackled by people who know them all too well. Sometimes people are working around some dark fantasy they need to drag out and make peace with, more often they are struggling to work out what happened to them. Someone who is triggered by this type of work has either completely walled off part of themself as a victim, or is policing. I wish it were neither, but we certainly don’t need a big brother in a place of healing telling us how to process. Please mute/block/delete all that shit, a simple ‘CW: power dynamics’ may help you feel like you’re covering both yourself and us!! It’d let me know i’m in for some filthy, challenging, or just plain playful soup. I’m sorry for the current state of things, the world is confused and biting the wrong people.

Every day, I scan my email for your postings. I can't wait to see what angst, or smut or romance or comedy you bestow upon us. I have never seen anything that I could remotely describe as pro-rape. Possibly that person(s) was deeply damaged and saw evil intent everywhere. Or, enjoyed the ability to sling accusations because of the relative anonymity of the internet. Joining the chorus to say a notification that you’ve posted always brightens my day! I happened to see the first comment that I suspect led to that horrible accusation, and to throw around accusations like that on the basis of a suggestion for a fictional world attached to a completely non-sexual art work is utterly bizarre. Fiction can be dark and complicated, because *life* can be dark and complicated, and I love that this fandom explores all of it. And if I see something that isn’t for me, I know how to scroll.

Gleafer, I adore your art. I never knew Patreon existed and you are my first (and still only) paid subscription. I love your drawings and I don't know what they are talking about. You never draw anything even close to r-word. Angsty moments yes of course but I (we) wouldn't be a subscriber if we didn't love that (of course followed with an (un)healthy amount of smut).
