A quick note on future animation plans

Octavius for character animation. I guess this is the last important character we might have in the game except Kelly. But the new Kelly is a long story.

We discussed it, but the first time we see Dale back is probably his occurrence as a 'random character' in a scene. I don't want to bring any more characters that has no content to the game
