I think you should you watch all of them. There are 3 different timelines though. Halloween III you could honestly skip. It really does nothing for any of the series timelines its more of an anthology movie. Timeline 1: Halloween(1978), Halloween II, Halloween 4: Return of michael myers, Halloween 5: Revenge of Michael myers, Halloween 6: The curse of michael myers. Timeline 2: Halloween(1978), Halloween II, Halloween H2O: 20 yrs later, Halloween Resurrection. Timeline 3 (The newest timelin): Halloween (1978), Halloween(2018), Halloween Kills, Halloween Ends. Rob Zombie went on to reboot the series before this newest timeline and those two movies are Halloween (2007) & Halloween II (2009).
