no literally 😭😭 him in the second half of s1 and early s2 were my favorite versions of him (i appreciate all of s1 him at times tho bc he was funny) and those two eras of his have one thing in common

EJ is 17 if not 18. The back half of S1 and the early episodes of s2 is where he shines. I'm not a fan of him at any other times 💀

I personally wouldn't forgive him like it's just weird and shows there is a complete lack of trust/communication. The difference that makes it a dealbreaker for me is that he didn't tell her, I think maybe I could be more lenient then. Also, yes the actress for Gina, Sofia Wylie, is an amazing dancer and does all her own dancing. Can't wait for you to get into the second half of the season!

God I remember why I hated EJ in the first season now. Now I love him but what he did was still awful, yes, he’s young but some things are just obvious

ej’s song was ridiculous but it was so funny to me lmao 😭😭 yea ej’s insecurity is …. it’s an interesting plot point they go into to say the least. i agree with you, if i was in the situation as long as he understood to never do it again i would forgive him. but the thing is it would have to be as long he talked to me about it and we had an actual discussion and he apologized … but he’s terrible at communicating and did none of that so… who knows. i could forgive the situation usually but knowing how ej handles things? idk. like you said though i think it’s completely understandable if nini won’t forgive him. she doesn’t have to at all especially bc she doesn’t know what’s going on in his head like the audience does. also as usual love you praising gina !!!! i love that you want to know more about her as well and her motivations. not spoiling ofc but you definitely will. i forgot how nasty mr mazzara was this season. i still haven’t forgiven him for that comment to carlos and it’s been 3 seasons.
