So I haven't seen Riverdale past 5x11, but I have seen clips particularly just the little Choni scenes, and I'm honestly disappointed that you had such a non-reaction to Cheryl helping Toni give birth. Most of us Choni stans were freaking out about it.

I LOVED this episode. They NEED a spinoff, this episode alone was greater than all musical episodes put together. Easily the best episode of the season for me. There was no need for supernatural nonsense, or crazy unnecessary weird dialogue from Cheryl (even had her acting like a regular human being for the first time this season) The storylines were realistic, and not boring, IMAGINE THAT! And I couldn't agree more with what you said about how they don't utilize the characters enough. The editor must've been STRUGGLING to find clips to flashback to considering Josie, Valerie and Melody had NO SCREENTIME. Also agree, musicals work when the storylines work. Josie and the Pussycats deserve a musical spin-off so badly. Not necessarily sure they needed to add the mystery with her dad but I'll go with it since I guess they wanna keep it Riverdale-esque. I just hope it doesn't actually go voodoo. I would love to see them in the New Orleans vibe it would really work.
