Today was a little better...
🕑 Added 2020-09-25 03:10:33 +0000 UTCJust a quick update... Today I really tried to listen to my doctor and instead of running away from my traumatic thoughts I just tried to think of any other positive memories. It was very hard but it made me feel a little better.
I’m trying not to run away from them but I’m still very afraid.
I do however want to focus on the positive and today I reacted to the 100 and I had fun. For an hour at least I focused on the good and it felt good for that hour. But after that keeping myself focus was very difficult, however I will keep trying every day to make it better than the one before so tomorrow I am really feeling abo reacting to my favorite show... wanna guess which one?
I might not do a binge but I do want to react to that show and also B99 and maybe something else. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.
Wish me luck guys. Thank you for reminding me that I am stronger than I think.

I totally get that. The running away thing I mean. I have BPD and Agoraphobia (not the best Combo) and managed it to go outside for over 2 hours last week. I'm proud of you!
